追熟。Ver 3. Further ripening. Ver. 3.

　これが熟れたパパイヤの味なんですね。

今回の追熟は大成功でした。

 Oh, this taste is ripe papaya, really.
This ripening process was a great success.

　黄色くなりかけた大きめのパパイヤを買ってきました。

もう一つのポメロは冷蔵庫で冷やしています。

 I bought a large papaya that's starting to turn yellow.

I'm keeping the other pomelo in the refrigerator.

　熟れてきたようです。

皮が黄色くなってきました。

皮に弾力がありません。

完熟まであと一息です。

It seems to be ripening.

The fruit's skin has turned yellow.

The yellow skin is still not elastic.

It needs a little more time to be fully ripe.

　いい色に熟れてました。

皮に弾力が出てきました。

ポメロが無くなったので冷蔵庫に移しました。

 They were ripe to a beautiful color.
The skin had become nice and firm.
Since I ran out of pomelos, I moved them to the refrigerator.
