眼鏡を洗濯機で洗ってしまった。 I washed my glasses in the washing machine.

　眼鏡をパーカーのポケットに入れたまま洗濯機に入れてしまいました。

運のいい事にフレームが内側に曲がり顔に良くフィットするようになりました。

逆に曲がっていたら間違いなく壊れていたでしょうね。

日常の作業には充分気を付けているつもりです。

今迄に経験したことのない領域に入っているので今まで経験したこのないミスが起きています。

自分を自分で責めても良い事は起こらないので責めません。

次からしないようにするにはどうしたらいいか考えています。

今迄の経験則はあまり役に立ちません。

これから先の予測も難しいので慎重に々自分と向き合っています。

加齢とはこうゆうものかという事を実感しています。

 I put my glasses in the washing machine while they were still in my hoodie pocket.

Luckily the frames bent inward and fit my face well.

If they had been bent the other way around, they would definitely have broken.

I try to be very careful in my daily tasks.

I'm in a field I've never experienced before, so I'm making mistakes I've never made before.

Nothing good will come from blaming myself, so I won't.

I'm thinking about what I can do to avoid it again.

My past rules of thumb aren't very useful.

It's difficult to predict what will happen in the future, so I'm facing myself carefully.

I'm realizing that this is what aging is like.
