I have dived into the Duol of Panglao island for the first time today.
I have taken many pictures today in the shallows under the boat.
Because my lower back hurts still a bit.

水量が少なく水圧の強いシャワーヘッドに替えました。 I replaced my showerhead with one that has less water flow but stronger water pressure.
