ありがたいことと感謝しています。

　寒気がして寝汗をかいていた頃つかった木とパイプで作った布団干しが不要になりました。

もったいないのパイプで作った布団干しを使っています。

干したときに場所をとるシーツと厚手の乾きにくい足拭きを扇風機で乾かしています。

ベランダの物干し場は洗濯物をたくさん干すことができます。

外に干せばいいのに室内で干している自分の意固地にあきれています。

一人暮らしですから問題になりませんが連れ合いがいれば間違いなく紛争の種になったでしょう。

I can hang out a lot of laundry on the drying rack on the veranda.

I live alone, so it's not a problem, but if my wife were here, it would definitely be a source of conflict.

　４月に桜を見に日本へ行きその時に歯の治療をしました。

抜歯が必要と言われて７月に予約しました。

７月に予約した歯医者に行くと　心臓は大丈夫か　合併症は無いかと　と質問され抜歯されませんでした。

抜歯のために日本へ行ったので納得できない歯医者の処置でした。

ここは親子２代で歯医者をしています。

その歯医者を選んだのは自分自身なので歯医者に文句は言いませんでした。

ただ約束を守らない歯医者に対して寂しい気持ちになりました。

そしてこの歯医者を利用するのをやめました。

　こちらのBQモールの中にある歯医者に今通っています。

そこで歯の掃除をした次の日に知覚過敏の処置をしてもらいました。

その翌日に言葉では誤解が生じるので文章をもって相談しました。

この機会にやり直すべきだと決めました。

健康保険証がないので自費治療になります。

嫌いな飛行機に乗って日本へ行きホテルに泊まり不便な思いをすることを事を考えると住まいから治療に通えるのはありがたいことです。

　今までに抜いた歯は２本だけです。

残った自分の歯を大切に使ってゆきたいとおもっています。

　１０年以上前にセブの日本企業担当の歯医者でありがたくない思いをしています。

歯の治療の結果は後日報告します。

日中も夜寝るときも寒気が酷く鼻水が出て２年間掛布団２枚とタオルケットをかけて寝ていました。

寝汗がひどく掛け布団やベッドのマットレスを乾かすのが大変でした。

今は掛布団の代わりにシーツを１枚身体にまいて寝ています。

体重も少し戻り６０kgになりました。

今年の４月に作ったウエットスーツが少しきつくなりました。

自分自身はきつくても喜んでいます。

　アレルギー体質なので３回目のワクチンは体内の異物として体の外に下痢で排出してしまったのかもしれません。

平熱に戻る少し前に腕と下肢に湿疹がでました。

痒くて嫌だなと思っているうちにお腹が少し暖かくなるような気がして鼻水が止まりました。

　コロナワクチンの薬害で３年弱苦しみました。

今もたくさんの方が薬害で苦しんでおられます。

薬害で苦しんでいる皆さまの回復をお祈りするとともに亡くなった方と御遺族の無念は察するにあまります。

　以前にボホール島を台風が横断して被害が大きく停電が長く続きました。

そして水道局の給水ポンプが動かず断水が長く続きました。

私の住まいは台風の強風豪雨時に窓のアルミサッシュから室内に水が入り掃除が大変でした。

　こちらでは普段ビーチサンダルを履いて生活しています。

足が蒸れることはありません。

足が洗えなかったせいなのか断水中に水虫が再発しました。

水虫菌・白癬菌は死なずに再発出来るときを待っていたようです。

　水虫の痒さはそうでもないんですが皮がむけたりぶつぶつが出来たりするのが嫌で薬を塗っています。

この水虫は強いというかしつこいというかなかなか退散してくれません。

台風の置き土産の措置に困っています。

　寝汗も量が少なくなりました。

体調が上向いたので洗濯まで気が回るようになりました。

山のような汗で濡れた洗濯物を見て溜息をつきました。

そして洗濯に億劫さを感じている自分を叱りました。

人間が出来ていないので”体調が回復して洗濯ができるようになった事をありがたい”と思えなかったんです。

　汗で濡れたマットレスが乾いたのでベッドメイクをしなおしました。

汗で濡れたベッドパッドは洗うことにして洗濯物の山にのせました。

上向いた体調を崩さないように慎重に生活しています。

　ブログを書くのにこんなに体力を使うとは想像していませんでした。

涙目で文面を考えながらキーボードを使うのはとても疲れます。

はやくもとの身体に戻りたいと切に願っています。

　いままで経験しなかった事ですが今回の病で歯が浮いて痛んでいます。

風邪か扁桃腺炎か解りませんがこんな事も起きるんだなあと身体に語りかけました。

ベッドのマットレスは汗が浸み込んでいるので干しました。

代わりにベッドパッドをつかってベッドメイクしました。

風邪の時にこれをするのは本当に辛いんです。

　久しぶりに風邪のような症状が出て戸惑っています。

熱が上がらず咳があまり出ないことが救いです。

　ワクチン禍から数年たってやっと体重が2ｋｇ増えて57ｋｇになりました。

着衣の55ｋｇと裸体の57ｋｇなので本人はにこにこして喜んでいます。

　不定期に起きていたお腹の不調も収まりました。

ここ数ヶ月消化器の異常はありません。

　寒さを感じなくなりました。

夜寝るときにはシーツを１枚体にかけています。

　朝起きると従前のように筋が伸びているのを感じます。

猫の真似をして筋を伸ばしています。

　汗が普通に出るようになりました。

手の甲や手首・首筋・足にには汗がふきだしています。

　今回の粥食で約６０年間胃腸に負担をかけてきた事が分かりました。

今迄は腹６分目・腹８分目を経験したことがありません。

朝と昼は酒は飲まず腹いっぱい食べてきました。

夕食は揚げ物やソテーと一緒にビールの小瓶を２、３本飲んでからウイスキーのソーダ割をボトルの１/４くらい毎日飲んでいました。

夜中にのどが渇いて目が覚めるのでポットに氷水を用意してそれを飲んでからまた寝ていました。

　これからは腹の不調を教訓にして腹８分目を心がけます。

今迄油を使って野菜を調理していましたが茹でるか蒸すに切り替えます。

生野菜は油入りのドレッシングは止めてポン酢に切り替えます。

粥食は辛かったんですが貴重な教訓をもらいました。

１０時と３時の甘いものをどうしようかと考えています。

量を半分に減らしてお腹の様子を見ます。

日常の動作にはさほど影響はありませんがなにかの拍子に　痛っ　となります。

腰を回したり膝の屈伸をしていますが状況が変わりません。

散歩はできますがダイビングには二の足を踏んでいます。

　ガムを噛みながら　でもいいんじゃないか　歩行器を使うわけじゃなし　眠れないほど痛むわけではなし　普通の生活が送れているんだから　これからはこういう事が増えますよという警告だよ　等々とりとめのないことを考えました。

そう考えると　そうかそうか　俺はましな方なのか　と思えてくるから不思議です。

乳糖不耐症であっても少量の乳製品を摂っていれば治るという記事があったのでその通りにトライしましたが不耐症は良くなりません。

何回も々腹の具合が悪くなり辛い思いをしました。

その記事を確認すると乳製品販売会社の記事でした。

騙されましたというより自分の甘さに呆れた。

　いつまでも体の具合の悪くなる食べ物に拘っていても仕方がないので新しいものを試してみました。

アレルギー体質なので慎重です。

アーモンドミルク・ココナツミルク・豆乳の３種はアレルギー反応もなくおいしく飲みました。

チャイには植物性のクリームを使って飲みました。

植物性のクリームは上手くできていますね、味も牛乳と変わりませんでした。

胃にやさしくを掲げているのでコーヒー・ハーブティーにも植物性のクリームを使っています。

　パン生地に入れていた牛乳は止めてココナツミルクを使いました。

ココナツのいい香りを期待しましたが香りはたちませんでした。

ココナツクリームがあるのでグラタンに使うつもりです。

ココナツカレーを楽しみにしています。

ぶらぶら歩きができたのでメデタシメデタシです・・・

　風邪をひいてから人と接触しなかったので感染を広げずに済みました。

前に果物を多く食べている　とブログに書きました。

病気の間食前の果物はおいしく風邪をひいた体に染み渡ってゆきました。

毎食前に果物をたっぷり摂ったので風邪も軽く早く治ったと思っています。

　今回の反省としては　嫌な咳を聞いた時に　すぐ席を立たなかった事です。

食事に手を付けたばかりだったので　もう少し食べてから　と思っているうちにウイルスを吸い込んでしまったようです。

しみったれた真似をしたので恥ずかしく思っています。

次からは　嫌な咳を聞いたら　即座に席を立ちます。

直腸癌の手術を受けた時に転移はしていませんでしたが念のために股関節のリンパ節を２つ取り除きました。

私はそのせいで他の人より風邪をひきやすいんです。

食物に対する欲が仇をなしました。
