　現地で広く流通しているこの石鹸は（Bioleaf）はフィリピン食品医薬品局（FDA）から、「化粧品としての正式な通知・登録プロセス（Notification）を経ていない未承認の商品」として警告を受けているそうです。

 　不純物が混入している可能性があるので、皮膚の炎症、かゆみ、アナフィラキシーショック、臓器不全などの有害な反応を引き起こす可能性があるそうです。

使わない石鹸は箱の角を切って部屋やタンスの消臭剤に使うといいそうです。

　もちろん使うのをやめました。

シャワールームのくしゃみは続いています。

欠けた１、２ｍｍの前歯の破片はどこへ行ったのでしょうか。

食べ物と一緒に飲み込んでしまったようです。

　窓の下のパパイヤの木がまた伸びてきました。

その木の枝にツタが絡まり、台所の窓をふさいでいます。

生えてきた木の枝を切りたくありませんでしたが、仕方なく切りました。

窓に明るさが戻りました。

枝を切らずに窓枠に入れて借景しておいたほうがよかったのでしょうか。

パパイヤの木は生命力が強いのでまた生えてきます。

次回は借景を試してみます。

 The papaya tree below the window has grown again.
Vines have wrapped around its branches, blocking the kitchen window.
I didn't want to cut the branches that had grown back, but I had no choice.
The window is now bright again.
Perhaps it would have been better to leave the branches and incorporate them into the window frame as part of the borrowed scenery?
Papaya trees are very resilient, so they will grow back.
Next time, I'll try using it as borrowed scenery.

そこのイベントホールでボディペインティングのコンテストを行っていました。

　ボホール島の先祖は、全身に入れ墨をした人々を指す「ピンタド（Pintados）」と呼ばれるマレー系移民の子孫です。

ピンタドの由来: 16世紀にスペイン人が訪れた際、ビサヤ諸島（ボホール島を含む）の先住民が体に美しい入れ墨をしていたため「ロス・ピンタドス（塗られた人々）」と呼んだことに由来します。
戦士の証: 当時は、戦いでの功績や勇気、個人の地位を表すために全身に入れ墨を施す伝統がありました。

現代の状況: ボホール島において、かつてのピンタドのような伝統的な入れ墨の風習は現在残っていません。

此処で買ったものなので仕方ありません。

TVに比べるとセルフォンはどこで買ったものでも日本語を選べます。

　画質は段違いに良いですね。

ドルビー・サウンドを使えるようです。

聞いてみたいですね。

視聴料を１１月分まで支払い調整を頼みました。

　来た人が１０チャンネル増えてチャンネルが変更になったと教えてくれました。

画質が落ちました。

同じ内容のチャンネルが増えました。

ニュース番組が減りました。

この契約を見切りました。

　インターネットとセルフォンを契約しているプロバイダー・PLDTに行き　シグナルTV　の契約をしました。

使ってみないと各チャンネルの内容がわからないので、基本の契約をしました。

１００チャンネルを超えるようです。

５日以内の工事を約束して帰りました。

　シグナルTVの欠点は、激しい風雨の時に画面がぶれることです。

アナログからデジタルに変えたので画質はよくなります。

 The sports channel ESPM is not available on my cable TV.
