バイオフルーで汗を出したせいでのどの痛みも咳も止まりました。
ママレードのとろみは種からペクチンを抽出してつけることをfacebookでKBさんの奥さんから教えてもらいました。
ポメロの果肉を薄皮ごと細かく切ってママレードに混ぜ煮なおしました。
ママレードにとろみが出ました。
焼き立てのパンに温かいママレードをのせて食べました。
果肉を入れたせいでしょうか弱いミントの香りが鼻を抜けてゆきました。
不思議ですね。
自分で作った食べ物はどうしておいしいんでしょう。

I finely chopped pomelo pulp, including the skin, mixed it into the marmalade, and simmered it again.
The marmalade now had a nice consistency.
