うどんは好きです。
HBで作っています。
15分で捏ねあがります。
捏ねあがった固まりの1/5位を延ばして切って茹でています。
打ち粉は強力粉です。
さぬきの夢 といううどん粉を初めて使いました。
黄色味をおびたおいしいうどんになりました。
喉越しがつるっとしているような気がしました。
出汁には醤油とみりんをつかいます。
素麺の時のように砂糖は入れません。
きのうのかけうどんの具はイカの天麩羅でした。
かき揚げを作りたかったんですがスーパーが休みで野菜が買えませんでした。
うどんと一緒に糠漬けを食べました。
ニコニコでした。

I make them in a bread maker.
It takes 15 minutes to knead the dough.
I roll out about 1/5 of the kneaded dough, cut it, and boil it.
I use strong flour for dusting.
I used Sanuki no Yume udon flour for the first time.
It turned out to be a good, yellowish udon.
It felt smooth as it went down my throat.
I use soy sauce and mirin for the broth.
I don't add sugar as I do with somen noodles.
Yesterday's udon topping was squid tempura.
I wanted to make kakiage (vegetable tempura), but the supermarket was closed, and I couldn't buy vegetables.
I ate pickled vegetables with the udon.
I was very happy.
