鍋は１５年前の輝きを取り戻しました。 The wok has regained its shine from 15 years ago.

　鉄のフライパンで野菜炒めを作るようになったので鉄の中華鍋はチャーハンと天ぷら限定の鍋になりました。

先日この鍋で天ぷらを揚げたときに油の酷いこびり付きに気が付きました。

サンドペーパーを使ってこびり付いて黒くなった油汚れを落としました。

イヤー実に大変な作業でした。

鍋は１５年前の輝きを取り戻しました。

きれいになった鍋を見て満足しています。

背中の肩甲骨の周りの筋肉が硬くなってはっています。

 I started using a cast-iron frying pan for stir-frying vegetables, so my iron wok is now limited to fried rice and tempura.

The other day, when I fried tempura in it, I noticed how badly the oil stuck.

I used sandpaper to remove the blackened stains that had formed.

It was indeed a tough task.

However, it has regained its shine from 15 years ago.

I am satisfied now that it is clean.

However, the muscles around my shoulder blades have become stiff and tense.

買い物をする。

に加えて赤インゲン豆を茹でて水羊羹を作りました。

　水羊羹は小さな容器に一回分づついれて作ります。

生姜の絞り汁を入れました、少し足りなかったようです。

ゼラチンもいいですが今回は寒天で作りました。

次回作るときしょうが汁を増やす楽しみがふえました。

Cleaning the house.

Shopping.

In addition, I boiled red beans and made sweet chilled jelly.

I added ginger juice, but it seems I didn't add enough.

Gelatin is good, but this time I made it with agar.

Next time I make it, I look forward to increasing the amount of ginger juice.

真っ白になりました。

汚れたままでごめんね　白ワンコ。

 ヘルパーさんは私と目の付け所が違うので住まいがキレイに清潔になって行きます。

私は台所の流台をダイソーで買った鍋のそこを磨くスポンジに重曹をつけて擦りました。

  床をモップで水拭きしてくれたので床の色がかわりほこりがなくなりました。

ありがたいことです、感謝しています。

The helper has a different perspective than I do, so the house is becoming neater and cleaner.

I scrubbed the kitchen sink with a sponge I bought at Daiso for scrubbing the bottoms of pots and pans, soaked it in baking soda.

She also wiped the floor with a mop, so the color has changed and there's no more dust.

I'm grateful for everything. I'm very thankful

電池や機器の充電を1ヵ所にまとめ使い勝手がよくなりました。

ダイビング関係は普段使うものと予備品を分けました。

がさ ばる机はたたんでしまったので通路がスッキリしました。

 The organizing bug made a fuss. 

After buying a shelf and finishing the sorting, the bug flew away somewhere. 

I gathered batteries and devices in one place, making it more convenient to use. 

I separated the dive-related items into those for regular use and those for spare use. 

Since I folded up the bulky desk, the passageway has become neat and tidy.

長い間（５年くらい）使ったので鍋の内側の一部が傷んできました。

同じものを1っ買いました。

安心々とても安心です。

 This deep, small frying pan is just the right size for someone living alone.

両方を同時に食べ比べたことない。

　今回はご飯を少し焦がしてしまった。

それが悔しい。

早く土鍋マスターと自認できるようになりたい。

　へルパーさんが7/19土曜から週１回３時間で室内の掃除をしてくれることになりました。

彼女の使うスペアキーを作ります。

　あまり汚いものは見せられないのでガスレンジ・流し台の掃除をしました。

これから掃除用の必要な洗剤を買いに行きます。

　先日ベッドの乾燥の報告をしましたが思慮が足りなかったようです。

一番下の重いスプリング式のマットレスの乾燥を考えてクッションと掛布団と別々に乾燥することにしました。

もともと寝つきは悪くないのですがさらに寝つきが良くなりました。

　映画の　幸せの黄色いハンカチ　で出所した健さんが宿泊した旅館のシーツにほおずりするシーンがあります。

ほおずりはしませんが乾いたベッドに横になるのは気持ちの良いものです。

乾燥したさらさらしたシ－ツと乾いたクッションの上に横になると上質な気持ちを味わえます。

ホテルの飾った湿ったベッドは敬遠したくなります。

　やっとのどの痛みがなくなりました。

薄い掛布団をやめてダブルのベッドカバーで寝ることにしました。

平熱で薄い掛布団を使うと暑いんです。

朝起きると薄い掛布団は足の下で丸まっています。

声には出しませんが心の中で　やった　やったぞ　と叫んでいます。

急にダイビングに行きたくなりました。

There's something so good about lying on dry sheets and dry cushions. 

I steer clear of those fancy, damp hotel beds.

I decided to stop using the thin comforter and sleep on a double bedspread.

It's hot when I use it when my temperature is normal.

When I wake up in the morning, it's curled up under my feet.

I don't say it out loud, but in my head I'm screaming, "I did it, I did it!"

I suddenly have the urge to go diving.

いつものようにアルコール液が肌にチクッと沁みた。

彼らは家事の大変さを分かっていないのだ。

　飯を食うにはそれを作る必要がある。

汚れた食器は洗わなければいけない。

彼は彼の妻の家事の大変さを全く理解していないのだ。

そんな基本的なことも分からない輩に説明するのは面倒なので説明する気にならない。

面倒くさいので愛想笑いをして　まあね　と答えるが彼らは追及を止めない。

おまけに　酒が自由に飲めていいですね　等と見当はずれの事を言い出す。

どうにも困った人たちが居るのである。

They are the kind of people whose wives do the cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping for them.

They probably have no experience of living alone.

They don't understand how hard housework is.

 To eat, you need to cook it.

Dirty dishes have to be washed.

They have no idea how hard housework is for their wives.

I find it troublesome to explain such basic things to people who don't understand them, and I don't feel like explaining them.

Because it's troublesome, I just smile politely and say, "Yeah, I guess so," but they don't stop questioning me.

What's more, they start saying completely inappropriate things like, "It's great that you can drink as much alcohol as you want."

These people are really troublesome.
