胸部エコーとトレッドミル検査の報告です。 This is a report on the chest ultrasound and treadmill test results.

　胸部エコーに異常はありませんでした。

トレッドミル検査で不整脈は出ませんでした。

ALT・肝機能は１６でした。

HDL  56.3、LDL 124 でした。

その他の検査にも異常はありませんでした。

身体の自浄作用はすごいですね。

禁酒９ヶ月の効果に驚いています。

　アピキサバン・抗血液凝固剤は飲み続けなければいけません。

脳梗塞を起こして後遺症が残らず陸で普通に生活できることに感謝しています。

　ダイビングは１５００本を目前にして中止です。

その理由は

１、抗血液凝固剤を飲んでいるので出血が止まらなくなることです。

　１A、耳抜き時に鼓膜や副鼻腔にわずかな傷がつくと血が止まらなくなります。

　２A、傷からの血が止まらなくなります。

２、水圧と水温で、水深８メートルで心臓の負担は２０～３０％増えるようです。

３、血液が濃くなります。

　３A、水圧による静脈還流が起きます。

　３B、乾いた空気を吸うので、呼吸による脱水。

　４C、ウェットスーツの下で自覚のない発汗をしています。

　ライフジャケットをつけて水圧を受けないシュノーケリングをしてみます。

白い砂のビーチに行ってみたいですね。

鼎泰豊の小籠包を食べに行きたいですね。

 The chest ultrasound showed no abnormalities.

No arrhythmias were detected during the treadmill test.

ALT and liver function levels were 16.

HDL was 56.3, and LDL was 124.

Other tests also showed no abnormalities.

The body's self-cleaning mechanism is amazing.

I'm surprised by the effects of 9 months of abstinence from alcohol.

 I'm stopping my diving trip just before reaching 1500 dives.
The reasons are:
1. I'm taking anticoagulants, which makes it difficult to stop bleeding.
 1A. Even a slight injury to the eardrum or sinuses during ear equalization can cause uncontrollable bleeding.
 2A. Bleeding from injuries becomes uncontrollable.
2. Water pressure and temperature increase the strain on the heart by 20-30% at a depth of 8 meters.
3. My blood becomes thicker.
 3A. Venous return occurs due to water pressure.
 3B. I breathe dry air, leading to dehydration.
 4C. I sweat unconsciously under my wetsuit.

 I'd like to try snorkeling while wearing a life jacket to avoid water pressure.

I'd like to go to a beach with white sand.

I'd like to go eat xiao long bao at Din Tai Fung.

　風邪薬ありがとうございます。

今後は喉の異常、咳、発熱時は風邪薬を飲んですぐ医者に行きます。

　今迄は熱と発汗は身体の毒だしくらいに考えていました。

汗を出すと風邪は治りました。

今回の肺炎の入院で今迄の経験則は役に立たないことが解りました。

生物のたどる道は理解しているつもりでしたが当事者になると加齢は残酷です。

It was a luxurious time after a long while.

 Thank you for the cold medicine.
From now on, if I have a sore throat, cough, or fever, I will take cold medicine and go to the doctor immediately.
Until now, I thought that fever and sweating were just the body's way of expelling toxins.
Sweating always cured my colds.
This hospitalization for pneumonia has shown me that my previous experience is no longer useful.
I thought I understood the path that living things follow, but when I  experience it myself, aging is cruel.

コモンシコロサンゴとその周辺、2025/10/11. Star Column Coral and its surroundings, October 11, 2025.

　２本目は砂地の続きにあるコモンシコロサンゴとその周辺をゆっくり楽しみました。

 On my second dive, I took my time to enjoy the Star Column Coral and its surroundings, which were located in the sandy area.

10/11はドオールの白い砂地で贅沢な時間を過ごした。 On October 11th, I spent a luxurious time on the white sands of Door.

　ギンガメアジとバラクーダのトルネードは好きです。

それよりももっと好きなものがあります。

それはハゼとエビの共生です。

ハゼが見張りをしてエビが巣作りをしているのいるのを見るのが一番好きです。

　今日はドオールの白い細かい砂地でそれをじっくり観察することが出来ました。

一眼レフのファインダーは視力の矯正ができます。

100ｍｍのマクロレンズをとうして彼らにあまり近寄らずに楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

　ハゼとエビの共生を見るのに一生懸命でISO感度・色温度・ピントの調整を忘れてしまいました。

そんな事を忘れてしまうくらい楽しかったんです。

 
 I love the tornadoes of bigeye trevally and barracuda.
But there's something I love even more.
That's the symbiosis between gobies and shrimp.
My favorite thing is watching the shrimp build their nests while the gobies keep watch.

 Today, I was able to observe this closely on Door's fine white sand.
The viewfinder of my SLR corrects my eyesight.
Through my 100mm macro lens, I was able to have a great time without getting too close to the gobies.
I was so focused on watching the symbiosis between gobies and shrimp that I forgot to adjust the ISO sensitivity, color temperature, and focus.
I was having so much fun that I forgot about all that.

散歩の後でダイビング。I went diving after a walk.

  台風の影響でゲストさんの到着が遅れたため、出発時間が変更になりました。

その時間を利用して散歩に出かけました。

台風の影響は収まり、海は予想以上に穏やかでした。

2本目のダイビングで足がつってしまいました。
煽り足をしたら治りました。
その夜寝た後、また足がつってしまいました。

念入りに準備したつもりが、裏目に出てしまいました。

 Our departure time was changed because our guests were delayed due to the typhoon.
I used that time to go for a walk.

 The sea was calmer than we expected, with the effects of the typhoon having subsided.
I got a cramp in my leg on the second dive.
It went away after I used a scissors kick.
After I went to sleep that night, I got another cramp in my leg.
I thought I had prepared carefully, but my efforts backfired.

　On August 28, 2025, I visited a diving spot called Hagudan on Panglao Island.

It was cloudy.

The seawater was transparent and the temperature was 29 degrees Celsius.

　ストロボのスイッチを入れ忘れました。

写真は発色しませんでした。

　I didn't turn the strobe switch ON.

The photo didn't come out with good color reproduction.

It was cloudy.

The seawater had good transparency, and its temperature was 29 degrees Celsius.

いつもダイビングから帰ってくると洗濯機のそばに汚れ物とカメラを置きます。 Whenever I return from a dive, I place my dirty clothes and camera next to the washing machine.

　いつもダイビングから帰ってくると洗濯機のそばに汚れ物とカメラを置きます。

他所の人はどのように効率よく後片付けをしているのか気になります。

ウエアーはその日に洗って干します。

カメラとストロボの塩抜きは洗濯槽に一晩漬けます。

 Whenever I return from a dive, I place my dirty clothes and camera next to the washing machine.

I'm always curious to see how efficiently other people clean up after themselves.

I wash and dry my clothes on the same day.

To remove the salt from my camera and flash, I soak them in the washing machine tub overnight.

　一晩洗濯槽につけたカメラとストロボを乾かしています。

 I dry my camera and flash after leaving them in the washing machine tub overnight.

  機材を乾かした後でカメラとストロボの電池を充電します。

I charge the batteries in my camera and flash after drying my equipment.
