久しぶりに雨が降った。 It finally rained. It's been a long time.

昨夜１０時すぎからこの蛇口を使って水を溜めました。

どうぞ一つ使ってください　と言われました。

彼等はなんで優しいんだろう。

彼の好意で汚れた食器を洗うことが出来ました。

 I asked the man living upstairs if there was any water in the storage tank.
He told me that the water pressure was low and the tank was empty.
He explained that he had been collecting water using that tap since just after 10 PM the previous night.
He told me I was welcome to use it.
They are so kind.
Thanks to his kindness, I was able to wash my dirty dishes.
