　台風７号の影響で南から風が吹いています。

時々その風が強くなります。

植木が倒れるのが嫌なので細引きで補強をしました。

　植木が倒れたときは誰もがするように植木を起こして土を入れて鉢を良い状態に戻します。

嫌なのは植木が倒れたときに味わう喪失感です。

心が傷つきます。

　小説ナイロビの蜂の原題が The  Constant Gardenerだったことを思い出しました。

イギリス式庭園という言葉があります。

英国では庭に植物を植えることが嗜みになっているのでしょうか。

　モンステラが住まいに来た時の高さは３０ｃｍ位でした。

今は３０cmを超える新しい葉がのびています

置き場所がよかったのでしょうか、高さはもうすぐ私の肩を超えます。

　洗濯物も植木の給水も楽になりました。

部屋を汚すのは嫌なのでベランダ用のサンダルを増やしました。

　椅子に座ったまま雀の砂浴びを見たいので砂を大きな浅い入れ物に入れました。

雀は野生なので用心深く物の配置や形が変わっていると近寄ってきません。

待つのも楽しみの一つです。

　モールに園芸用の蛭石があったので驚いた。

喜んで買った。

早速アジアンタムの鉢植えの土に混ぜた。

これで鉢の通気性も排水性も良くなるだろう。

次世代の若芽があるのでこれの成長に期待します。

　驚いたことがもう一つありました。

日本の小学生の給食です。

これを成長ざかりの世代に食べさせているんですね。

落ちぶれたくないものだとつくづく思いました。

悪い事を良いと言っているわけではないのが救いです。

日中暑い時に蚊は出てきません。

朝や夕方の涼しい時に活動します。

蚊が活動しない真昼の暑い時に植木に水をやると植木が弱るんです。

　園芸初心者の私は鉢植えの植木の水やりの基準が解らず困っていました。

この葉の厚い密集した植木は水が足りなくなると立っていた葉がしなっとしおれます。

この植木の葉のしおれを基準にして水やりをしています。

ベランダのパイロットツリーです。

大正解でした。

水を噴霧した時の水の粒子の細かさが違います。

こちらで買ったスプレーの噴霧の粒子はザラメ大です。

新しいスプレーの噴霧の粒子は小麦粉の粉末のような細かさです。

　植木に葉水をすると霧になった水が葉の上で丸い水滴に変わります。

葉を枝を近くで見るので今まで気が付かなかった　葉の丸まり　害虫　に気が付きます。

葉水をすると植物が生き生きと蘇ります。

傾けても噴霧できるスプレーは園芸初心者の必需品です。

　鉢植えの植木の枝から同じ形をした緑色一色の葉が生えてきました。

この緑色をした葉はなぜか他の葉より大きいんです。

　AIから　突然変異である事　緑色の葉は生命力が強く元の木を枯らしてしまう事　枝を根元から切る事　を教えてもらいました。

早速その枝を切りました。

切った枝を植木鉢にさしました、うまく根付いてくれるといいんですが・・・

植木初心者はまた一つ体験を増やしました。
