居住証明書・生存証明が必要な時期になりました。 It's time to get a certificate of residence and proof of life.

　今年もまた年金の居住証明書を日本の年金機構に送る時期になりました。

毎年々同じ事務処理を繰り返しています。

国民の申告等事務処理は簡単に電子化して進めるのが本筋です。

手作業の事務処理は立派な既得権なので所轄官庁はこれを手放しません。

　

　昨年はタグビララン市の発行した居住証明書が認められずにセブ島の日本領事館に居住証明書をとりに行きました。

今年も１度目はタグビララン市の発行した居住証明書を使います。

年金機構が日本領事館の居住証明書しか認めないのであれば仕方がないのでセブ島の日本領事館に行きます。

　年金機構は同じ事務手続きを１７年間繰り返しています。

これは日本の衰退を象徴しています。

 It's that time of year again when we send our pension residence certificates to the Japanese Pension Service.

The same paperwork is repeated year after year.

The main thread is to proceed with easy electronic processing of citizens' tax returns and other paperwork.

The competent authorities will not relinquish their vested rights to manual paperwork.

 Last year, my residence certificate issued by the City of Tagbilaran was not accepted.

I had no choice but to go to the Japanese Consulate in Cebu Island to get it.

This year, for the first time again, I will use the residence certificate issued by the City of Tagbilaran.

If the Pension Service only accepts the residence certificate issued by the Japanese Consulate, I have no choice but to go to the Japanese Consulate in Cebu.

 The Pension Service has been repeating the same paperwork for 17 years.

This symbolizes the decline of Japan.

雨季ですね。 It's the rainy season.

　雨季だなあ　と思います。

ここのところ午後になると決まって雨が降り出します。

雨は激しく降ったり小雨だったり長く降ったりすぐに止んだりしています。

 I think it's the rainy season.

Lately, it's always starting to rain in the afternoon.

The rain can be heavy, light, long, or it can stop quickly.

　雨が降ると気温が下がります。

午後１時の気温は２７℃でした。

肌寒いのでコーヒーを淹れました。

It was chilly, so I made a cup of coffee.

免許証の住所変更。Changed the address on my driver's license.

　気になっていた免許証の住所変更をしました。

　居住証明書をとるのに時間がかかりました。

こちらは証明にサインを使います。

担当部署の責任者が外出していたのでサインがもらえなかった事が原因です。

　代書屋さんで免許証の住所変更の書類を作ってもらいました。

父母の氏名の記入欄があり驚きました。

　免許証関係の役所へ行き何点か質問を受けました。

指紋照合・サインの照合・写真撮影後しばらくして新しい免許証を受け取りました。

１０年前は免許証を作る機械が故障して免許証を受け取るのに何か月もかかったのが嘘のようです。

　買い物をして帰ると午後６時でした。

少し疲れました。

　笑い話が二つあります。

一つは居住証明書をとるときに　花柄のサンダルを履いた化粧をした男性　から　あんた好みよ　と言われた事です。

もう一つは代書屋のコピー屋のおばさんに　あんた好みよ　と言われた事です。

どちらにも返事のしようがないので聞こえないふりをしてやり過ごしました。

 I changed the address on my driver's license, which I was concerned about.

 It took a long time to get my certificate of residence.

This requires a signature as proof.

The reason is that the department's head was out of town, and I could not get his signature.

 I had the document prepared by a scrivener.

I was surprised to see a section for my parents' names.

 I went to the driver's license office and was asked a few questions.

I received my new driver's license a while after checking my fingerprint and signature and taking my photo.

It seems like a lie that it took months to receive a driver's license ten years ago because the machine that issued them broke.

 It was 6pm when I got home after shopping.

I was a little tired.

 I have two funny stories.

One is when I was getting my certificate of residence, and a made-up man wearing floral sandals told me, "You're my type."

The other is when the lady working at the copy shop at the scrivener's office told me, "You're my type."

Since I had no way to respond to either of them, I just pretended not to hear them and let it go.

少し忙しかった。 I was a little busy.

タブレットPCのタッチペン。 Tablet PC touch pen.

　いままで使ってきたタッチペンは導電繊維が破れてシリコンゴムが半分くらいにすり減ってしまいました。

タッチペンを探して何軒も々もPC関係の店を回りましたがどの店でも売っていませんでした。

　ダイソーでUSB等を扱っていたのに気が付き売り場に行きました。

タッチペンを売っていました。

タブレットPCで作動を試してみました。

なんの問題のなく動きます。

　こちらの人はタブレットPCを指で操作しているようです。

その方が操作しやすいのでしょうね。

スマホのフローティングキーボードで指を使って素早い文字入力をしている方が多いんです。

皆さん器用なんでしょうね。

というか私が不器用なんです。

スマホのキーボードでは誤入力を繰り返しています。

試しにスマホのキーボードでタッチペンを使ってみました。

指で入力するよりはスムースに入力できました。

　PCのメールの返信は苦になりませんがスマホのメール返信をする時にキーボードを見ると指が動く前に溜息がでます。

 The touch pen I have been using has torn conductive fibers, and the silicon rubber has worn down to half its original size.

I went to many PC stores looking for a stylus, but none sold one.

 I noticed that Daiso sold USBs and other items, so I went to that section.

They were selling touch pens.

I tried using it with my tablet PC.

It worked without any problems.

 It seems that people here are using their fingers to operate the tablet PC.

It must be easier to operate that way.

Many people use their fingers to quickly type on their smartphone's floating keyboard.

I guess they're all very dexterous.

Or rather, I'm just clumsy.

I keep making mistakes on my smartphone keyboard.

I tried using a touch pen on my smartphone keyboard.

I was able to type more smoothly than using my finger.

 I don't have trouble replying to emails on my computer, but when I look at the keyboard when replying to emails on my phone, I sigh before my fingers move.

晴れるとなぜか嬉しくなります。 For some reason, I am happy when the sun shines.
