ここに来たばかりに頃は全自動洗濯機を買いました。

２台とも注水口に石灰状のものが詰まって使えなくなりました。

この島の汲み置きの水道水は水面に石灰の微粉末が浮きます。

それ以来２槽式の洗濯機を使っています。

同系色の物を一緒に洗いたいので同系色の物を着ます。

　シャツは好きですが襟の汚れを取るのが大変です。

５０１のところで書きましたがはきやすいもの着やすいものを身に着けています。

外干しは乾いた時の洗濯物の日向臭いにおいがいいですね。

洗濯物の干し方も工夫して上手になりました。

洗濯ばさみのいいものがなくて困っていましたがダイソーが出来て洗濯ばさみを買いなおしました。

　使えるんですが滲みの付いた枕カバーは全部新しくしました。

停電のコロナ時に水の使えない時期がありました。

身体を洗えないのでその時に使った枕カバーは何度洗っても薄い黄土色のシミが丸く残りました。

その時にそれを見て　俺の頭の油は黄土色なの　と思いました。

　旅行時に前は通気性のいいジョギングシューズを履いていましたが旅行中晴れてばかりいることはないので今は滑らない防水の効いた軽いものを履いています。

ハイキングシューズの種類が増えタウンユースに使いやすい物がたくさんあります。

ビブラムソールも登山靴だけではなく展開を広げているので驚きました。

When I first came here, I bought a fully automatic washing machine.

Both machines became unusable because the water inlets were clogged with something like lime.

The stored tap water on this island has fine lime powder floating on the surface.

Since then, I've been using a twin-tub washing machine.

I like to wash similar colors together, so I wear similar colors.

I like shirts, but it's hard to get stains off the collars.

As I wrote in #501, I wear clothes that are easy to put on and wear.

I like the sunny smell of dry laundry when hanging outside.

I got better at drying laundry by getting creative with how I hang it out.

I was having trouble finding good clothespins, but a Daiso opened and I bought new clothespins.

I replaced all of my pillowcases that were still usable but had stains on them.

There was a period when I couldn't get water during the COVID-19 power outages.

Because I couldn't wash my body, the pillowcase I used at the time left a round, light ochre stain no matter how many times I washed it.

When I saw that, I realized that the oil from my head was ochre-colored.

I used to wear breathable jogging shoes when traveling, but since it's not always sunny during my trips, I now wear lightweight, non-slip, waterproof shoes.

There are now more types of hiking shoes and many are easy to use for town use.

I was surprised to see that Vibram soles are also being expanded to include more than just hiking shoes.

何を騒いでいるんだろう。 I wonder what they are making such a fuss about.

 

　道路に面した出入り口の方向から小鳥たちの賑やかな声が聞こえています。

小鳥たちが何んで騒いでいるのか解らないので見に行きました。

熟れたパパイヤにたくさんの小鳥たちが群がってピーチクパーチクギギギギャーギャーと賑やかです。

私が近づくと半数以上の小鳥は飛び去りますが逃げない小鳥たちもいます。

彼らの写真を写して机にもどると小鳥たちの鳴き声がまた賑やかになりました。

少し離れた木の陰から私が居なくなるのを見ていてパパイヤをついばみに舞い戻ってきたようです。

　乳製品が食べられるようになったせいでしょうか・・・。

今迄何を食べても増えなかった体重が少しづつ増えてきました。

コロナワクチン騒動のときの体重には程遠い数値ですが体重計にのるのが楽しみです。

　海中で体温は空気中の２５倍の速さで奪われます。

体温保持は身体の脂肪の層の有無が大きく左右します。

体重が１０㎏減ると脂肪の層がなくなり水中で寒くて仕方がありません。

体重減前のウエットスーツを着ているのでウエイトを増やさないと沈みません。

沈む量のウエイトをつけると腰に負担がかかりすぎます。

　５㎜と６半のセパレートのウエットスーツのサイズを作り直してもらいます。

どのくらいの重量のウエイトが不要になるのでしょうか。

楽しみです。

５㎜のワンピースならウエイトの重量を減らすことが出来ますね。

If I add enough weight to sink, it puts too much strain on my waist.

 I'm going my 5mm and 6.5 separate wetsuits remade.

I wonder how much weight I'll no longer need?

I'm looking forward to it.

If I wear a 5mm one-piece suit, I'll be able to reduce the weight.
