何を騒いでいるんだろう。 I wonder what they are making such a fuss about.

 

　道路に面した出入り口の方向から小鳥たちの賑やかな声が聞こえています。

小鳥たちが何んで騒いでいるのか解らないので見に行きました。

熟れたパパイヤにたくさんの小鳥たちが群がってピーチクパーチクギギギギャーギャーと賑やかです。

私が近づくと半数以上の小鳥は飛び去りますが逃げない小鳥たちもいます。

彼らの写真を写して机にもどると小鳥たちの鳴き声がまた賑やかになりました。

少し離れた木の陰から私が居なくなるのを見ていてパパイヤをついばみに舞い戻ってきたようです。

I did not know what the birds were making such a fuss, so I went to see what they were making.

Many small birds were flocking around the ripe papayas, making a noisy noise, chirping, perching, squealing, and squealing.

When I returned to my desk after taking their photos, the birds' chirping began to become lively again.

It seems they had been watching me leave from the shade of a tree a short distance away, and had returned to peck at the papaya.
