エイガーを見つけた。 I found agar.

　寒天の代わりになるエイガーを見つけました。

ゼラチンは溶かす時に液体の温度を８０℃以上にすると固まらなくなります。

また常温では固まりません、冷やさないと固まりません。

寒天とエイガーは液体を沸騰させて煮溶かさないと固まりません。

常温で固まり始めます。

　水羊羹もどきを作る時にはゼラチンよりも寒天・エイガーのほうが歯触りと食感が良いんです。

これは好みの問題だから難しですね。

これで日本で寒天粉を買わなくてよくなりました。

このメーカーの物は甘みがはじめからついているので次は甘みのないエイガーを探してみます。

　自分がそうだったので知り合いは酒飲みばかりです。

皆まだ酒を飲み続けています。

私が酒を止め甘いものや果物を食べているのが彼らは気に入らないようです。

自分でもこんなに長い間酒を止められるとは思っていませんでした。

今でも冷たいビールで枝豆を食べ冷ややっこで冷酒を飲みたいと思っています。

　煙草を止めたときもいろいろ言われました。

今は私にその時いろいろ言った人間も煙草を止めています。
