異常気象。 Extreme weather.

　今年は天気がおかしいですね。

先ず季節風が北から南に明確に切り替わりません。

今まで毎年４月になると晴れた日が続き日本の２倍以上の紫外線が降りそそいでいました。

雨が降るのはスコールの時だけでした。

昨年は気象衛星図を見てもフィリピン島嶼も東側（画面の右が東）には雲が有りませんでした。

此処にも異常気象が見られます。

 The weather has been strange this year.

First, the seasonal winds are not clearly switching from north to south.

Until now, every April has been filled with sunny days and more than twice the amount of UV rays that occur in Japan.

During the dry season, it only rains during showers.

Looked at weather satellite maps, there were no clouds on the eastern side of the Philippine islands (the right side of the image is east) last year.
