　冷蔵庫用に買った寒暖計です。

暑いこの国でー６℃を指しています。

レシートは捨ててしまいました。

交換してくれるかなあ。

買いなおしかなあ。

　寒暖計を買ったお店に壊れた寒暖計を持ってゆきました。

寒暖計の在庫がありません　と言われました。

親切な店員さんが電話をかけて在庫のある店を探してくれました。

　その店で新しい寒暖計を2つ買いました。

壊れた寒暖計は買った店に置いてきました。

 This is a thermometer I bought for my refrigerator.

It's broken and shows minus 6°C in this hot country.

I threw away the receipt.

I'd like to know if they'll replace it.

I'll have to buy a new one.

 I took the broken thermometer to the store where I bought it.

They told me they didn't have any in stock.

The kind salesperson made a phone call and found a store that had it in stock.

 I bought two new thermometers from that store.

I left the broken one at the store where I bought it.
