自分で切ると多く食べたいので大きく切りすぎてしまう。

寒天のつるんとした喉越しと豆のサクサクした感触が心地よい。

食べ終わってから文旦の皮の香りがした。

生姜汁のほうが良かったのかもしれない。

こちらのスイーツはみな砂糖をまぶしたように甘すぎる。

目覚めと食後の甘味を楽しめます。

　アーラ社のチーズを取り扱っている店のチ－ズ売り場をのぞくのが楽しみです。

先日カマンベールチーズと並んで写真のブリーチ－ズを売っていました。

食べたことがなかったので食べてみました。

私の舌では同じ白カビタイプのカマンベールと味の違いは判りませんでした。

いつものようにアルコール液が肌にチクッと沁みた。

パッションフルーツ。 受難の果物。

　二階のご主人が家庭菜園で採れた果物を持ってきてくれた。

彼は私に　冷蔵庫に入れないで2から4日間ねかせてください　と教えてくれた。

いくつ要りますか　と聞かれたので試しに２つくださいと言って二つ貰った。

　６０年前くらいに團伊玖磨さんの随筆“パイプの煙”でこの果物は同じパッションでも情熱ではなく受難だと記してあったと思う。

確か著者の八丈島の別荘の随筆で読んだ気がする。

パイプの煙は　続　続々　まだ　まだまだ・・・　と続いたのでどの巻かは思い出せない。

八丈島でこの果物が収穫できることと唐辛子の木のステッキのことは覚えている。

初めて食べる果物なので味が楽しみだ。
