血圧も良 好 です。
私は不整脈が無くなれば、抗血液凝固剤を飲んだ状態でダイビングができると思っていました。
そう甘くはないですね。
心臓担当の医師から説明を受けて、18mの水圧が身体にどんな影響を与えるのかわかりました。
医師は親切な人で、PCで和訳をしながら説明してくれました。
私はWhat does **** mean?を多用しました。
こちらの診察時間は一人当たり３０分くらいです。
禁酒もそう思っていたので続けることができました。
カラマリスとベルギービールで不整脈が消えたことを祝い、乾杯をしようと思いました。
禁酒歴を消すのが惜しく、回復した身体を考え、今日まで飲まずに来ました。
何十年も毎晩、ビールの小瓶３本とウイスキーをソーダ割にしてボトルの1/4～1/5くらい飲んでいました。
これは最低量です。
飲みに行けば量は増えます。
禁酒する前はこれが当たり前だという誤った考えを持っていました。
私の身体と神経がいい加減にしろよと言って、脳梗塞を起こしました。
わずか９ヶ月の禁酒で身体が回復したので、丈夫な内臓に感謝しています。
ありがたいことに後遺症は何も残りませんでした。

I'm writing this blog post to avoid any mistakes in my explanation.

After receiving an explanation from the cardiologist, I understood the effects of 18 meters of water pressure on my body.

When I went out drinking, the amount increased.
Before I quit drinking, I mistakenly thought this was normal.
My body and nerves told me to stop, and I suffered a stroke.
I'm grateful for my strong internal organs, as my body recovered after only nine months of abstinence.
Thankfully, I suffered no lasting after-effects.
