　現地で広く流通しているこの石鹸は（Bioleaf）はフィリピン食品医薬品局（FDA）から、「化粧品としての正式な通知・登録プロセス（Notification）を経ていない未承認の商品」として警告を受けているそうです。

 　不純物が混入している可能性があるので、皮膚の炎症、かゆみ、アナフィラキシーショック、臓器不全などの有害な反応を引き起こす可能性があるそうです。

使わない石鹸は箱の角を切って部屋やタンスの消臭剤に使うといいそうです。

　もちろん使うのをやめました。

アレルギー体質は本当にめんどくさいんです。

日本で買った牛乳石鹸を使ってもしゃみはおきません。

　３年前まで熱帯性低気圧はフィリピンの東方海上で発生していました。

今はミクロネシア・マーシャル諸島付近で熱帯性低気圧が発生しています。

そこから生まれた台風は偏西風の影響を受けないようです。

気象の素人はそう思いました。

モリンガの葉とカラマンシーの実です。

すぐそばにあるので使っています。

　カラマンシーは爽やかな香りがするのでレモンの代わりに使っています。

ビタミンＣがレモンの３０倍というのは本当なのでしょうか。

　モリンガの柔らかい葉を摘んで緑茶と一緒に飲んでいます。

その葉は緑茶の味の邪魔をしません。

カルシュームがふくまれているようです。

　乳糖不耐になってから苦労しています。

コロナワクチンを打つ前は牛乳を飲んでも問題ありませんでした。

いまはヨーグルトを食べるとお腹がゴロゴロなりガスがでるのでやめています。

好きなゴータチーズもカゼインが含まれているので少し食べています。

大好きなシナモンの風味が足りません。

少し足りないくらいがいいのかもしれませんね。

スパイスが効きすぎるといやみになります。

人も調理も一緒ですね。

欠けた１、２ｍｍの前歯の破片はどこへ行ったのでしょうか。

食べ物と一緒に飲み込んでしまったようです。

　窓の下のパパイヤの木がまた伸びてきました。

その木の枝にツタが絡まり、台所の窓をふさいでいます。

生えてきた木の枝を切りたくありませんでしたが、仕方なく切りました。

窓に明るさが戻りました。

枝を切らずに窓枠に入れて借景しておいたほうがよかったのでしょうか。

パパイヤの木は生命力が強いのでまた生えてきます。

次回は借景を試してみます。
