　台風の強さは　風速55m/s    猛烈な　になるもようです。

胸部エコーとトレッドミル検査に行ってきました。 I went for a chest ultrasound and a treadmill test.

　予定の３０分前に着くと検査室の扉にCLOSEDの表示がありました。

昼の休憩の表示を裏返すのを忘れていたようです。

　検査室は寒く、胸部エコーではくしゃみが出て往生しました。

トレッドミル検査は速さも勾配もハードでした。

　さてどんな結果が出るのでしょうか。

楽しみです・・・

 I went for a chest ultrasound and a treadmill test.

 I arrived 30 minutes early, but the door to the examination room had a "CLOSED" sign.
It seems they forgot to flip over the lunch break sign.

 The examination room was cold, and I sneezed quite a bit during the chest ultrasound.
The treadmill test was tough, both in speed and gradient.

 Now, I wonder what the results will be.
I'm looking forward to it...

土をもとに戻して水をかえました。

水の容器の緑の藻を洗い流すと小鳥たちは警戒して近寄りません。

水の容器の掃除を怠っているわけではありません。

 A lot of sparrows took dust baths yesterday.
They were scattering fine soil out of the container.
I put the soil back and changed the water.
When I rinsed away the green algae from the water container, the small birds became wary and stayed away.
I'm not neglecting to clean the water container.

HBに寿命が来たのかもしれません。 Perhaps my bread maker has reached the end of its life.

 

　HBで焼いた食パンが２回続けてうまく膨らみませんでした

１０年以上使い続けたHBなので、ヒーター部分の寿命が来たのでしょうか。

次回小麦粉をかえてもう一度やり直してみます。

　その時にうまく焼けなかったら、パン生地を捏ねるだけに使います。

待望のしっとりとしたミニホテルブレッドに挑戦です。

オーバーナイト製法にも挑戦してみます。

 The bread I baked in my bread maker didn't rise properly the second time in a row.
I've been using this bread maker for over 10 years, so perhaps the heating element has reached the end of its lifespan.
Next time, I'll try again with a different type of flour.

 If it still doesn't bake well, then I'll use it for kneading dough.
I'm finally going to try making a moist mini hotel bread.
I'll also try the overnight method.

　不整脈検査で外したセンサーを検査室に返しました。

アレルギーなのでセンサーを外した後の皮膚が痒くて仕方ありません。

　トレッドミル検査・運動負荷心電図検査（ランニングマシンを使って心拍を調べる検査）を７月の初旬に行うことになりました。

　血液検査は若年者と比較しても完璧です。

血液検査で不整脈がわからないのは承知しています。

感情的な問題でこうして検査が続くと嫌になります。

脳梗塞が軽く、後遺症がないので思い上がっているのかもしれません。

 I returned the sensor that was removed during the arrhythmia test to the testing lab.
Because I have an allergy, my skin has been incredibly itchy since the sensor was removed.

 I'm scheduled to have a treadmill test and an exercise stress electrocardiogram (a test that measures heart rate using a treadmill) in early July.

 My blood test results are perfect, even compared to younger people.
I understand that blood tests don't detect arrhythmias.
Emotionally, I'm getting tired of these tests.
Perhaps I'm being overconfident because my stroke was mild and I have no lasting effects.

I changed the container to a lower aluminum one so Sparrow can see better.

 When a small bird twice the size of a sparrow came to bathe, the sparrow stood up to it and asserted its territory.
That's impressive.

血圧も問題ありません。

８ヶ月の禁酒は身体によい効果をもたらしています。

　ダイビングを始めたいと言いました。

３日間心臓の不整脈の検査をすると言われてセンサーを身体に取り付けられました。

バッテリー交換は毎日です。

シャワーは３日間禁止です。

痒くて仕方がありません。

痒くて我慢できません。

これでは眠れません。

　身体からすべて取り外してシャワーを浴びました。

身体がすっきりとしました。

自分自身を取り戻しました。

取り外した機器は明日担当部署に返しに行きます。

マングローブの種苗所も住まいの近くにできました。

幼魚の住まいを作り海を守る計画のようです。

　シャワーの水流と脈絡はありませんがシャワーを浴びながら気分はワールドカッパーという言葉を思い出しました。

ゲレンデのコース幅をいっぱいに使って浅いロングターンを繰り返していた時に使っていた言葉です。

　最近、四、五十年前の出来事が頭に浮かんでくるようになりました。

恥ずかしい出来事もあります。

そんな時は思わずワーっと大きな声を出してしまいます。

この仕事に半日かかりました。

本当に疲れました。

I marked where to drill the holes, drilled them with an electric drill, and secured them with screws.
This job took me half a day.
I'm really tired.

嫌なのは植木が倒れたときに味わう喪失感です。

　小説ナイロビの蜂の原題が The  Constant Gardenerだったことを思い出しました。

イギリス式庭園という言葉があります。

英国では庭に植物を植えることが嗜みになっているのでしょうか。

I remembered that its original title was "The Constant Gardener."
There's a term called "English-style garden."
Is planting plants in gardens a common pastime in Britain?
