　HBで焼いた食パンが２回続けてうまく膨らみませんでした

１０年以上使い続けたHBなので、ヒーター部分の寿命が来たのでしょうか。

次回小麦粉をかえてもう一度やり直してみます。

　その時にうまく焼けなかったら、パン生地を捏ねるだけに使います。

待望のしっとりとしたミニホテルブレッドに挑戦です。

オーバーナイト製法にも挑戦してみます。

 The bread I baked in my bread maker didn't rise properly the second time in a row.
I've been using this bread maker for over 10 years, so perhaps the heating element has reached the end of its lifespan.
Next time, I'll try again with a different type of flour.

I'll also try the overnight method.

　不整脈検査で外したセンサーを検査室に返しました。

アレルギーなのでセンサーを外した後の皮膚が痒くて仕方ありません。

　トレッドミル検査・運動負荷心電図検査（ランニングマシンを使って心拍を調べる検査）を７月の初旬に行うことになりました。

　血液検査は若年者と比較しても完璧です。

血液検査で不整脈がわからないのは承知しています。

感情的な問題でこうして検査が続くと嫌になります。

脳梗塞が軽く、後遺症がないので思い上がっているのかもしれません。

I changed the container to a lower aluminum one so Sparrow can see better.

洗車する人が多くて今まで写真を撮れませんでした。

痒くて仕方がありません。

これでは眠れません。

　身体からすべて取り外してシャワーを浴びました。

身体がすっきりとしました。

自分自身を取り戻しました。

取り外した機器は明日担当部署に返しに行きます。

マングローブの種苗所も住まいの近くにできました。

幼魚の住まいを作り海を守る計画のようです。

ゲレンデのコース幅をいっぱいに使って浅いロングターンを繰り返していた時に使っていた言葉です。

　最近、四、五十年前の出来事が頭に浮かんでくるようになりました。

恥ずかしい出来事もあります。

そんな時は思わずワーっと大きな声を出してしまいます。

もちろん買いました。

　この地で採れないオレンジやリンゴは大きく陳列されていました。

この地の恵みの新鮮な果物を食べようよと思いました。

地産地消でいきましょうよ。

　マンゴスチンはかたい殻に覆われています。

ヘタを指で押すと簡単に割れ目が入ります。

殻の赤い色素は白い衣類につくと染みになって落ちません。

　マンゴスチンの白いみを口に頬張ると清冽な甘さが口に広がりました。

種についた半透明のみを歯でこそげとりながら地産地消だよねと思いました。

手づくり納豆がうまくできません。 I can't seem to make homemade natto properly.

 

　国外の納豆作りをWEBでいくつも見ました。

糸を引いている手づくり納豆の共通項はラップに穴をあけて保温していました。

私もそれをまねて穴をあけたラップでヨーグルトメーカーを保温しました。

　出来上がった物を一日冷蔵庫で熟成しました。

味は納豆ですが糸を引きません。

　残りは水質の問題です。

大豆を戻すのに水道水（硬水）を使っています。

これを軟水に変えてみます。

 I've looked at many natto-making methods from other countries online.
The common thread among the homemade nattos with a stringy consistency was that they were wrapped in plastic wrap with holes poked in it to keep them warm.
I tried imitating that and used plastic wrap with holes poked in it to keep my yogurt maker warm.

 The finished product was left to mature in the refrigerator for a day.
It tastes like natto, but it doesn't have that stringy texture.

 The remaining issue is water quality.

I'm using tap water (hard water) to soak the soybeans.

　出来上がった糸のいかない納豆に粉末納豆・オクラ・鰹節・青のりを混ぜて食べています。

ネバネバは粉末納豆とオクラが出してくれます。

おいしいですよ。

食べながら　どうしたら糸を引く納豆　になるのか考えました。

温度かなあ。

ヨーグルトメーカーの温度の誤差を±３℃と想定しています。

うーむ・・・

　マンガ漁港から見るパングラオ島は遠いですね。

朝は客がいないのでウオーターコテージ（カラオケ船）も静かです。

マンガ漁港は住まいのCabesea・カベセアから歩いて２５分くらいのところにあります。

散歩のコースです。

水がきれいです、透明度もいいですよ。

古い網戸を張り替えてもらいました。 I had the old window screens replaced.

 

　古い網戸のネットを４箇所交換してもらいました。

残りの窓の網戸８枚とドア４枚は新品同然です。

室内がスッキリとしました。

シャワーを浴びていても新しい網戸に目が行ってしまいます。

気持ちがいいですね。

 I had the mesh on four of my old window screens replaced.

The remaining eight window screens and four doors are practically brand new.

The interior of my house looks so much neater.

Even in the shower, my eyes are drawn to the new screens.

It feels great.
