あさ果物を一人で食べるのは侘しい。 I feel lonely eating morning fruit alone.

　最近はあさ果物を一人で食べるのは侘しいのでサラダにのせています。

今朝はポメロ（文旦）をのせました。

マンゴーをのせると緑の葉と黄色のきれいなサラダになります。

蒸し鶏を指でちぎってのせました。

　蒸し鶏を作った時にできるスープにワカメと塩を入れたスープは化学調味料の味がしないので気に入っています。

　トルテーヤにサラダをのせて食べるとおいしいんです。

最近食事の量が減ってきたのでトルテーヤを食べるとケーキが食べられなくなりました。

※滅多に使わない耐熱性の大きなガラスのボウルをサラダボウルに転用しました。

 I’ve been feeling lonely eating fruit alone in the morning, so I started adding it to my salad.

This morning I put pomelo on top.

Topping it with mango transforms the salad into a stunning masterpiece, combining the vibrant green leaves with bursts of sunny yellow.

I tore some steamed chicken with my fingers and put it on top.

I like the soup made when I make steamed chicken, made with seaweed and salt, as it doesn't taste of chemical seasonings.

It tastes good to eat the salad on a tortilla.

I've been eating less recently, so if I eat a tortilla, I can't eat cake.

*I repurposed a large heat-resistant glass bowl that I rarely use into a salad bowl.

こんなに葉の大きい葉の硬いアジアンタムを初めてみました。

何回も々見ましたが間違いなくアジアンタムです。

鉢植えにすると繊細な緑の葉に変わるのでしょうか。

アジアンタムを少女の髪といいますが手元にあるのはオバタリアンの髪です。

I applied on August 4th, and it arrived on August 21st.

This is the first time I've seen such large and sturdy leaves on a maidenhair fern. I've seen it many times, but this is undoubtedly a maidenhair fern.

Will it change to delicate green leaves when potted?

They say maidenhair ferns resemble a girl's hair, but what I have in hand looks more like an older woman's hair.
