やはり水量も欲しいです。 I still want more water after all.

　節水のため水量が少なく水圧の強いシャワーヘッドに替えましたが・・・

水量が少ないと石鹸をきれいに洗い流せません。

水圧があり水量も適度に多いシャワーヘッドに換えました。

　シャワーを浴びてさっぱりしてリラックスしたいんです。

シャワーを浴びたあと気のせいかもしれませんが石鹸が肌に残っていると気持ちが落ち着かないんです。

気持ちって生きていくうえで大切ですよね。

なんかいやだなあ　という気持ちを引きずりたくないんです。

気分次第　という言葉があります。

気分次第で食べ物の味も変わるし、見ている風景も変わります。

自分の気持は大切にしたいですね。

飲酒欲求が急に強くなりました。 My craving for alcohol has suddenly become very strong.

　ドライシーズンです。

晴れた暑い日が続いています。

暑い日が続いたせいでしょうか飲酒欲求が強くなりました。

買い物にゆくとビールの陳列をみてしまいます。

　台風は5/10にフィリピン東方海上で熱帯性低気圧になる模様です。

はじめてハッシュブラウンを作りました。 I made hash browns for the first time.

　刻んだジャガイモをレンチンしました。

レンジから出した熱いジャガイモを小判型にまとめました。

それを焦がさないように低めの温度で揚げました。

　外側がカリッと揚がりませんでした。

次回は油にラードを混ぜて揚げてみます。

　揚げ物の場合は調味料は揚げた後で用意するべきですね。

今回は手回しよくケチャップとマスタードを先に用意しました。

揚げたてにケチャップをつけて食べたので口の中をやけどしました。

　私はマイクロソフト・ウィンドウズのクラウドを使っていません。

ウィンドウズのクラウドは削除しました。

永い間使っていません。

勝手にPC内のデータを読み込み”このデータは使えません”という表示をして有料のクラウドの容量を増やそうとするからです。

大切なデータは同じものを１Tの外付けのHD２台に保管しています。

　ウィンドウズのクラウドを削除しているにもかかわらず上記のメールが届きました。

マイクロソフトはもうすこし物の売り方を考えてほしいですね。

　ウィンドウズを使っているのは海中の撮影をROWでしているからです。

カメラメーカーやその他のROW現像のアプリはウインドウズ版しかありません。

　そのほかのPCの作業はでできます。

ブラウザで無料のWeb版を使うことが出来ます。

　新しい（あるいは26H2）からPCを快適に動かすための「最低ライン」が底上げさる模様です。

メモリ（RAM）: 8GBから16GBが実質的な標準になります。
ストレージ: 高速なSSDが必須になります。
専用チップ（NPU）: これまで不要だった「AI専用プロセッサ」が載り製造コストが上がります。

　半導体コストと部材の高騰

AIブームの影響で、高性能なチップを製造するためのコストが上がっています。

円安の影響を強く受ける日本では、海外メーカー（HP、Dell、Lenovo、など）の製品は、同じスペックでも数年前より数万円高い設定になっています。

　 Windows 12の機能をフル活用できるは20万円〜と予想されています。

〇普通の人が普通に使うには今のPCのスペックで充分です。

〇会社・大型物販店でWindows10を使っています。一般の人には高解像の画像描写など必要ありません。

※高額な機器を買っても機器のアップデート期間は限られています。

一般の顧客とハイスペックな性能を必要とする顧客をわけたらどうでしょうか。

茹で上がりまで長く感じます。　　It feels like it takes forever for the pasta to cook.

パスタを茹でている時間をいつもとても長く感じます。

いつもの１０数分と違う時間のながれです。

ガスコンロの火口は３っしかありません。

しかもそものうちの１っは小さな保温用です。

パスタのソースと卵を焼くとコンロはいっぱいです。

この淹れ方で決まりかな。　　This brewing method seems to be my new favorite.

　コーヒー豆は酸味のあるキリマンジャロの浅煎りを使っています。

コーヒー豆は雑味が出ないように粗めに挽きます。

湯音は９３℃にしています。

挽いた豆を蒸らしてから数回に分けて湯を継ぎます。

　コーヒーのワールドブリューワーズカップで優勝した粕谷哲さんはコーヒーを入れるレシピを公開しています。

ありがたいのは時間と量を数値化していることです。

彼が考案した４６メソッドとハイブリッドメソッドをまねてコーヒーを淹れています。

このメソッドでコーヒーを淹れると雑味が少なくなります。

淹れたコーヒーはそのままでもおいしいですよ。

砂糖をティースプーンで１っ入れるとフルーティーな味に変わります。

２っ入れると酸味が際立ちます。

酸味のあるコーヒーを楽しめるようになりました。
