雨が止みました

　台風の余波の雨に洗われてテラスはきれいになりました。

 The terrace was washed clean by the rain in the aftermath of the typhoon.

　雨は止みましたが風は吹いています。

私の手前勝手な予測では雨風が止んで雲の切れ目から陽光が差しているはずでした。

またいつ雨が降り出すのか判らないので買い物に行くのを止めました。

台風は沖縄諸島の手前の海域で強さを増したようです。

 The rain has stopped but the wind is still blowing.

The typhoon has increased in strength in the sea area in front of the Okinawa Islands.

昨夜から小雨まじりの冷たい風が吹いています。

短い停電

  昨夜は短い停電が2回あった。

蝋燭の光は柔らかく周りを照らす不思議な光だ。

外の小雨交じりの風の音が大きくなった。

この島を直撃して長い停電を引き起こした台風を思い出した。

その時に比べると復興の済んだ今は穏やかな暮らしをしていると思った。

風が強さを増しました

　植木鉢が倒れてしまいました。

植木鉢の位置を直して風に煽られている洗濯物を取り込みました。

電線と木の梢が風でヒューヒューと鳴っています。

　気象衛星図を見て下さい、大型の台風ですね。

ボホール島は台風の圏内に完全に巻き込まれています。

 Look at the weather satellite image, it is a large typhoon.

Bohol Island is completely engulfed within the typhoon zone.

風が少し強くなったので植木鉢を動かしました
