TVの修理。 My TV repair.

　TVが大きくて運べないのでタグビラランのソニーから出張してもらった。

基盤をテスターでチェックして不良個所を探し出して不良部品を交換してもらった。

 The TV was too big to transport, so I had a technician from Sony in Tagbilaran come over.

He checked the circuit board with a tester, found the defective parts, and replaced them.

　これだけの部品が落雷による地絡でやられていた。

規格より大きな電流が流れると部品が壊れて過電流を防ぎ主要部を守る。

新しい部品に交換してもらった。

TVを見るとき以外はTVのコンセントを抜かないとこの被害にあう。

※地絡

　落雷により大地が電気的に接続され、電流が大地に流れる現象。

コンセントから電気が機器内に逆流して機器の損傷を起こす。

 All of these parts had been damaged by a ground fault caused by a lightning strike.

When a current greater than the standard flows, the parts break down to prevent overcurrent and protect the main components.

They replaced them with new parts.

This can happen if you don't unplug your TV except 

when watching TV.

A phenomenon in which a lightning strike electrically connects 

the earth, 

causing an electric current to flow to the earth.

Electricity flows from the outlet into the device, causing damage 

to the device.

居住証明書。 Certificate of residence.

　居住証明書を町役場からもらいました。

年金機構は日本領事館の証明書を要求しています。

こちらも立派な・正式な居住証明書です。

担当部署から突き返されたら日本領事館の証明書をもらいにセブへ行きます。

さてさてどういう事になるやら先行きが楽しみです。

郵便局の速達便を使ったので８００ペソ弱かかりました。

　速達の郵便はフィリピン国内で１０日間から２週間経ってから日本に発送されるようです。

日本では１２時間から２４時間で宛先に届きます。

随分と日数のかかる速達便です。

 I received a certificate of residence from the town hall. 

The Pension Service is requesting a certificate from the Japanese Consulate. 

This is also a proper, official certificate of residence. 

If it is rejected by the relevant department in Japan, I will go to Cebu to get a certificate from the Japanese Consulate. 

I am looking forward to seeing what happens.

I used express mail from the post office, so it cost just under 800 pesos. 

 It will be shipped to Japan after 10 days to 2 weeks. 

In Japan, it will arrive at its destination in 12 to 24 hours. 

It is express mail but takes quite a long time.

　血圧の定期報告です。

脈拍値が下がりました。

　西瓜を食べると血管が拡がるそうです。

マンゴー・ポメロ・パイナップル・アボカド等々の果物を去年の倍量食べています。

主食をしっかりとるので（がつがつ食べるので）満腹になり食後の果物を食べられません。

あさの空腹時に果物で腹をなだめてから朝食にしています。

この食べ方なら果物をたくさん食べることが出来ます。

体調の変化は特にありません。

皮下脂肪をつけたいのですが体重は増えてくれません。

I'm eating twice as much fruit as last year, including mangoes, pomelos, pineapples, and avocados.

I eat a lot of staple foods (I eat voraciously), so I get full quickly and can't eat fruit after a meal.

When I'm hungry in the morning, I eat fruit to calm my stomach, and then have it for breakfast.

This way I can eat a lot of fruit.

I haven't noticed any particular changes in my physical condition.

I want to gain subcutaneous fat, but my weight isn't increasing.
