台風６号。Typhoon No. 6.

　昨夜から降り出した雨は上がっています。

風は変わらず吹いています。

足の遅い台風なので２,３日は影響を受けそうです。

目玉焼き・丼物やラーメンの具・パスタ・野菜炒めなどに使ってきました。

長い間（５年くらい）使ったので鍋の内側の一部が傷んできました。

同じものを1っ買いました。

安心々とても安心です。

土鍋炊飯。 Cooking rice in a clay pot.

　圧力鍋でご飯を炊くのを止めて久しい。

土鍋で炊くご飯は甘みがあるような気がする。

両方を同時に食べ比べたことない。

　今回はご飯を少し焦がしてしまった。

それが悔しい。

早く土鍋マスターと自認できるようになりたい。
