 I was going to a diving point named Duole at Panglao Island on August 17th, 2025.

It was sunny.

The seawater had good transparency, and its temperature was 29 degrees Celsius.

ご飯に金山寺味噌が必須になりました。 Kinzanji miso is an essential part of every meal.

漬物と味噌汁があればご飯二膳はいけます。

手間いらずなおかずです。

爺臭いおかずだと言わないでください、これがおいしいんですよ。

金山味噌を冷凍保存していますが凍りません。

　基礎体温が上がってからタンパク質よりもでんぷん質を身体が欲しがっているようです。

ごはん、麺類、パンなどを前よりも多く食べるようになりました。

ご飯は赤飯や炊き込み・混ぜご飯をとてもおいしく感じます。

果物は西瓜とポメロはあまりすすみません。

マンゴーは前と同量食べています。

　揚げ物よりもさっぱり系のおかずが好きになりました。

年齢による嗜好の変化なんでしょうね。

てんぷら・かき揚げはときどき食べています。

　食事をしていると体が温かくなり汗がでるようになりました。

シャワーを浴びる回数が増えました。

 Kinzanji miso is an essential part of every meal.

I can eat two bowls of rice with pickles and a bowl of miso soup.

It's a hassle-free accompaniment.

Don't dismiss it as old-fashioned — it's delicious!

I keep Kinzanji miso in the freezer, but it doesn't freeze.

 Since my basal body temperature has risen, I crave starch more than protein.

I've started eating more rice, noodles, and bread than before.

I find red rice, takikomi rice, and mixed rice particularly tasty.

As for fruit, I eat a little watermelon and pomelo.

I'm eating the same amount of mango as before.

 I've started to prefer lighter side dishes to fried foods.

I suppose my tastes are changing as I grow older.

I still eat tempura and kakiage occasionally.

 When I eat, my body gets warmer and I start to sweat.

I've started taking more showers.

新人さんの目は真剣です。
ベテランが隣で彼女が清算した品物を袋に詰めながらアドバイスしていました。
新人さんはその都度アドバイスに声を出して返事をしていました。
彼女の真摯な態度を見て物事に真剣に取り組む大切さを教えられました。
がんばれ、新人・・

 Today's cashier was a young, new employee. 

The new employee had a serious look in her eyes. 

A veteran was standing next to her, giving her advice as she packed the checked items into bags. 

The new employee responded out loud to each piece of advice.

 Seeing her sincere attitude taught me the importance of taking things seriously.

台風の影響はなくなったようです。 It seems that the effects of the typhoon have dissipated.

　台風の影響はなくなったようです、雲間から薄日がさしてきました。

 The influence of the typhoon seems to have disappeared, and faint sunlight is breaking through the clouds.

頼りになるけれど怖い。It's reliable, but scary.

　私はボホールの紫外線で日に焼けしていますが素肌は白いんです。

アレルギー体質なので汗疹や湿疹になりやすいんです。

私はそんなときには日本でもらったこの薬を使います。

本当によく効く軟膏です。

強に分類されているステロイド剤です。

頼りになりますがステロイドへの依存が怖いので１、２、回塗ったら使うのを止めています。

 I get sunburned from the UV rays in Bohol, but my bare skin is actually fair.

I have allergies, so I'm prone to miliaria and eczema.

When that happens, I use the medicine I received in Japan.

It's a really effective ointment.

It's a strong steroid.

It's reliable, but I'm afraid of becoming dependent on steroids, so I stop using it after applying it once or twice.

今日は一日中曇りのようです。

 The rain that started around 7:30 last night has stopped.

 It appears that the weather will be cloudy all day today. 

At 6:30 a.m., the temperature is 26 degrees Celsius. 

It's a bit chilly, so I'm wearing a wool vest.
