ため息がでます。 I sighed.

　煎茶を淹れていただいた堅焼き煎餅をかじりました。

美味しすぎて奥歯の奥がしびれました。

ため息をつきながら煎茶を飲んでいます。

I took a bite of the hard-baked rice cracker that had been brewed with sencha.

It tasted so good that the back of my molars went numb.

I sipped the sencha with a sigh.

停電があります。　　There will be a power outage.

2025年9月20日（土）午前8時から午前10時まで停電があるようです。

A power outage is expected on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

ムズムズ。My nose tickles

　鼻がムズムズするのでパイプ枕を洗って干しました。

枕のせいではないと思いましたが清潔を優先しました。

横になって枕に頭をのせるといつもより涼しい気がしました。

多分気のせいでしょう。

羽毛の枕からパイプの枕に変えて４０年経ちました。

アレルギー体質は面倒です。

My nose was tickling, so I washed and dried my pipe pillow.

I didn't think it was the pillow's fault, but I decided to prioritize cleanliness.

When I lay down and put my head on the pillow, it felt cooler than usual.

It's my imagination.

It's been 40 years since I switched from a feather pillow to a pipe pillow.

Having allergies is a hassle.

昨夜雨が降ったので緑がきれいです。It rained last night, so the plants and trees look really nice.

　お酒の練習をしたので心配になり血圧を測ってみました。

問題はないようです。

心拍数はカメラをとりに行ったので上がったようです。

I was worried because I had been drinking alcohol, so I checked my blood pressure.
There was no problem.
I went into the next room to get my camera.

That has increased my heart rate.
