朝から雨が降ったりやんだりしています。
朝８時の気温は２５℃でした。
肌寒いので薄手のスラックスをはきました。

It has been raining on and off since this morning.
At 8 am, the temperature was 25°C.
It's chilly, so I put on a pair of light trousers.
