It was clear today but the wind was intense.

麺が手に入らない。　　Noodles are unavailable.

  　豚の肩肉の塊（15ｃｍ立方）を二晩ブライン液に漬けました。 圧力鍋で１０分蒸しました。 肉は柔らかくホロホロです。 　スープをラーメンに使おうと思いました。 韓国の食品に押されてモールに日本の麺は見当たりません。 　円が対ドル１１０円位の時にはモールに日本人が歩いていました...
