　圧力鍋でご飯を炊くのを止めて久しい。

土鍋で炊くご飯は甘みがあるような気がする。

両方を同時に食べ比べたことない。

　今回はご飯を少し焦がしてしまった。

それが悔しい。

早く土鍋マスターと自認できるようになりたい。
