送電線の建設を容易にするための停電ですか・・・
朝飯はご飯のレンチンができないので麺かパンですね。
停電は１０時間です、映画でも見に行きますか。
Is it to facilitate the construction of power lines?
Since I can't microwave rice for breakfast, it's either noodles or bread.
The outage will last 10 hours. Shall I go watch a movie?
