 I was going to a diving point named Dooule at Panglao Island on August 9th, 2025.

It was sunny.

The seawater had good transparency, and its temperature was 29 degrees Celsius.

困った木工家さん。 The master carpenter appears to be sulking.

　木工家の主人が臍を曲げました。

下の写真の机を作ってもらった時は機嫌が良かったんです。

上の写真の小机が出来あがった時に図面と違っていいたので図面を見せて手直しをしてもらいました。

その事が彼の気にいらなかったようです。

小机の支払時にばか高い料金を請求されました。

小机は下の写真の大きな机に比べると長さも高さも1/3です。

　椅子のクッションの修理を頼みましたが椅子を取りに来てくれません。

全く困ったものです。

今新しい木工家を探しています。

 He was in a good mood when he made the desk pictured below. 

However, when he had finished making the small desk in the photo above, it differed from the drawings. 

I showed him the drawings and asked him to make adjustments. 

This seemed to bother him. 

When it came to paying for the small desk, he charged me a high fee. 

The small desk is one-third the length and height of the large desk in the photo below. 

 I asked him to repair the chair cushions, but he hasn't collected the chairs yet.

 It's really troublesome. 

I am currently looking for a new woodworker.

空は厚い雲で覆われています。 The sky is covered with thick clouds.

　台風が沖縄の先島諸島や台湾に接近している影響でしょうか空は厚い雲で覆われています。

風は吹いていません、無風状態です。

正午の気温は３０℃です。

曲はビーチボーズのグッドバイブレーションです。

The sky is covered with thick clouds.

 It is influenced by the approaching typhoon towards Okinawa's Sakishima Islands and Taiwan. 

There is no wind; it's a dead calm. 

The temperature at noon is 30°C. 

The song is 'Good Vibrations' by The Beach Boys.

コーヒーの出し殻。Coffee grounds.

　コーヒーの出し殻を植木鉢に入れています。

　私の拳よりも一回り小さいカエル達が植木鉢の土を掻き出しあちこちの植木鉢に居座るので困っていました。

彼らの上にコーヒーの出し殻を撒いたところ彼らは鉢から飛び出し鉢に寄らなくなりました。

出し殻の思わぬ効果に喜んでいます。

　出し殻が植木に観葉植物に悪影響を与えないか心配していましたが今のところ悪影響はありません。

鉢の土に有機物をたしているんだ　と勝手に都合のいい解釈をしています。

　短い期間の経過報告です。

また変化が起きたら報告します。

 I put coffee grounds in the flower pots because I was troubled by the frogs, which were about the size of my fist, digging up the soil and settling in them. 

 I sprinkled coffee grounds over the pots, and the frogs jumped out and stopped coming near them. 

I am pleased with this unexpected result. 

I was concerned that the coffee grounds might hurt my plants, but so far, there have been no adverse effects. 

I interpret this as adding organic matter to the soil in the pots. 

This is a short-term progress report. 

I will report again if there are any changes.

これ目ざわりで面倒だね。 This is both an eyesore and a hassle.

No matter how many times you try to close it, the above image continues to appear.

It's really annoying.

 I was going to a diving point named Hagudan at Panglao Island on August 9th, 2025.

It was sunny.

The seawater had good transparency, and its temperature was 29 degrees Celsius.

鍋は１５年前の輝きを取り戻しました。 The wok has regained its shine from 15 years ago.

　鉄のフライパンで野菜炒めを作るようになったので鉄の中華鍋はチャーハンと天ぷら限定の鍋になりました。

先日この鍋で天ぷらを揚げたときに油の酷いこびり付きに気が付きました。

サンドペーパーを使ってこびり付いて黒くなった油汚れを落としました。

イヤー実に大変な作業でした。

鍋は１５年前の輝きを取り戻しました。

きれいになった鍋を見て満足しています。

背中の肩甲骨の周りの筋肉が硬くなってはっています。

 I started using a cast-iron frying pan for stir-frying vegetables, so my iron wok is now limited to fried rice and tempura.

The other day, when I fried tempura in it, I noticed how badly the oil stuck.

I used sandpaper to remove the blackened stains that had formed.

It was indeed a tough task.

However, it has regained its shine from 15 years ago.

I am satisfied now that it is clean.

However, the muscles around my shoulder blades have become stiff and tense.
