 I was going to a diving point named Hagudan at Panglao Island on August 9th, 2025.

It was sunny.

The seawater had good transparency, and its temperature was 29 degrees Celsius.

鍋は１５年前の輝きを取り戻しました。 The wok has regained its shine from 15 years ago.

　鉄のフライパンで野菜炒めを作るようになったので鉄の中華鍋はチャーハンと天ぷら限定の鍋になりました。

先日この鍋で天ぷらを揚げたときに油の酷いこびり付きに気が付きました。

サンドペーパーを使ってこびり付いて黒くなった油汚れを落としました。

イヤー実に大変な作業でした。

鍋は１５年前の輝きを取り戻しました。

きれいになった鍋を見て満足しています。

背中の肩甲骨の周りの筋肉が硬くなってはっています。

 I started using a cast-iron frying pan for stir-frying vegetables, so my iron wok is now limited to fried rice and tempura.

The other day, when I fried tempura in it, I noticed how badly the oil stuck.

I used sandpaper to remove the blackened stains that had formed.

It was indeed a tough task.

However, it has regained its shine from 15 years ago.

I am satisfied now that it is clean.

However, the muscles around my shoulder blades have become stiff and tense.

浮気をしてよかった。I enjoyed trying other coffee beans.

　コーヒーはずーっとキリマンジャロを飲んできました。

今回はキリマンジャロの他にホンジャラスとモカマタリのコーヒー豆を同量買いました。

どちらもおいしいですね。

ああ、こうゆう味もあったんだね、という新しいい発見です。

ホンジャラスでは苦みのおいしさを教えてもらいました。

モカマタリは芳醇ですね。

　今回コーヒー豆の浮気をする気になったのはある話を思い出したからです。

あの人は軽石だ、という言い方があります。

色ごとに惑わされず奥さん一筋という意味です。

※軽石は入浴時に踵をこすります。

※この事から　かかとこするばかり・・・嬶とするばかり。

コーヒー豆を買いに行って時になぜかこの言葉が頭に浮かびました。

最近は古い歌や古い出来事などがとりとめもなく頭に浮かんでは消えてゆきます。

コーヒー豆の浮気をしようと思い立ち　酸味のあるコーヒー豆を教えてもらったのがホンジャラスとモカマタリです。

浮気をしてよかったです。

 I have been drinking Kilimanjaro coffee for a long time.

This time, as well as Kilimanjaro, I bought the same amount of Honduran and Mocha Mattari coffee beans.

They both taste good.

It was a revelation to discover flavours like this. The Honduran coffee taught me to appreciate the deliciousness of bitterness.

 The Mocha Mattari is rich and fragrant.

 The reason I decided to change my coffee beans this time was because I remembered a story.

There's a saying that goes, 'That person is a pumice stone.'

It means that one is devoted to one's wife and not distracted by sexual matters.

Pumice stones are used to scrub feet during bathing.

This is where the phrase "All you can do is rub your heels... all you can do is do it with your wife" comes from.

For some reason, this saying came to mind when I went to buy coffee beans.

Recently, old songs and memories have been flooding my mind.

I decided to try some different coffee beans. When I asked about acidic coffee beans, the clerk recommended Honduras and Mocha Matari.

I'm glad I tried other beans.

It was sunny.

The seawater had good transparency, and the temperature was 29 degrees Celsius.

小さいけれど大きな働き。This is small but big work.

　住まいの中で唯一ここだけが換気の良くない場所です。

洗濯の終わったバスタオルや浴用品の置き場です。

サーキュレーターの風では強すぎるので弱い風の小型の扇風機を

探していました。

やっと巡り合えました。

回転音が静かです。

使ったバスタオルのが風でゆらゆら揺れるのを見て喜んでいます。

 This is the only area of the house with poor ventilation.

I keep the washed bath towels and bath products here.

The wind from the circulator is too strong, so I was looking for a small fan that produces a gentle breeze.

I finally found one.

The rotation sound is quiet.

I am happy to see the used bath towel swaying gently in the breeze.
