　久しぶりに雷が鳴って風が吹きスコールが来ました。
涼しい風か吹いています。

この淹れ方で決まりかな。　　This brewing method seems to be my new favorite.

 



　コーヒー豆は酸味のあるキリマンジャロの浅煎りを使っています。
コーヒー豆は雑味が出ないように粗めに挽きます。
湯音は９３℃にしています。
挽いた豆を蒸らしてから数回に分けて湯を継ぎます。

　コーヒーのワールド ブリューワー ズカップで優勝した粕谷哲さんはコーヒーを入れるレシピを公開しています。
ありがたいのは時間と量を数値化していることです。
彼が考案した４６メソッドとハイブリッドメソッドをまねてコーヒーを淹れています。
このメソッドでコーヒーを淹れると雑味が少なくなります。
淹れたコーヒーはそのままでもおいしいですよ。
砂糖をティースプーンで１っ入れるとフルーティーな味に変わります。
２っ入れると酸味が際立ちます。
酸味のあるコーヒーを楽しめるようになりました。

 I use lightly roasted Kilimanjaro coffee beans, which have a pleasant acidity.
I grind the beans coarsely to avoid any bitterness.
The water temperature is set to 93°C.
After letting the ground beans bloom, I add the water in several stages.

 Tetsu Kasuya, the winner of the World Brewers Cup, has published his coffee-brewing recipe.
What's helpful is that he quantifies the time and amount.
I brew coffee by imitating his 46 Method and Hybrid Method.
This method reduces off-flavor.
The brewed coffee is good even on its own.
Adding one teaspoon of sugar changes the flavor to a fruity one.
Adding two teaspoons brings out the acidity.
Now I can enjoy acidic coffee.

Windows 12は完全モジュール型・一部機能サブスクリプション型・AI重視のOSとして2026年リリース予定か

　完全な機能を利用するには少なくとも40TOPSの演算性能を持つ専用NPUが必要になるとされていて、IntelやAMDなどのOEM各社は新システムを「Windows 12 Ready」とラベル付けして開発しているとのこと。NPUを搭載していないデバイスは一部のAI機能を利用できない、または完全なアップグレード対象外となる可能性があります。


 Windows 12 is rumored to be a fully modular, partially subscription-based, AI-focused OS scheduled for release in 2026.

 It's said that a dedicated NPU with at least 40 TOPS of computing power will be required to utilize all its features, and OEMs such as Intel and AMD are developing new systems labeled "Windows 12 Ready.

４月は２９日間 晴れました。April was the 29th day of sunny weather.

　朝に小雨が降りました。
いま雨はあがっています。

　４月に雨は３回降りました。
それはすべて１時間から２時間の短い時間です。
今日をくもり日と判定すると今月は晴れ２９日、曇１日です。
さすがドライシーズンですね。

 It rained lightly this morning.
The rain has stopped now.

Each rain shower lasted only a short time, between one and two hours.

It's definitely the dry season.



　５月に入ってもしばらく晴れの日は続きそうです。

　３時にお腹が減ってシチューを作って食べました。
熱いものを食べたので気持ちのいい汗が止まりません。

生まれて初めての体験です。　　This is my first time.

 


　こんな卵初めてです。
黄味の周りの濃厚卵白が盛り上がっています。
外側の粘りのない白味・水様卵白がありません。
目玉焼きが丸くなりません。
新鮮な卵をありがとうございます。

　新鮮な卵は茹で卵に向かないんですよ。
熱で卵の身の２酸化炭素が膨らんで殻が剝がれにくくなるんです。

 I've never seen an egg like this before.
The thick egg white around the yolk is raised.
There's no runny, watery egg white on the outside.
Fried eggs don't stay round.
Thank you for the fresh eggs.

 Fresh eggs aren't suitable for boiling, you know.
The heat causes the carbon dioxide in the egg to expand, making the shell difficult to peel.
