　大潮の干潮の港です。

近所の人たちは干潟で貝を拾っています。

朝６時の気温は２４℃です。

Local people are collecting shells on the tidal flats.

The temperature at 6am is 24°C.

熟れ過ぎはだめ。 Overripe mangoes are not good.

　マンゴーは熟れすぎないように３個づつ買っています。

冷やした甘いマンゴーと冷たいプレーンヨーグルトはあいますね。

朝食べています。

これが旨いんですよ。

 I buy three at a time so they don't get too ripe.
Chilled, sweet mango goes well with cold plain yogurt.
I eat this as soon as I wake up.
It's good.

日が照って暑くなった。The sun shines bright, and the temperature is rising.

    

　午後二時から日が照りだしました。

湿度８７％で気温は３０℃です。

暑い々・・・

　追伸

１１時を過ぎて雨が本降りになりました。

コーラが好きな私ですが飲む気になりません。

それを乾かすのは大変です。 It's hard to dry it.

　生シラスを塩ゆでしてシラスを作りました。

茹でたシラスを乾燥させるのは大変です。

一晩冷蔵庫に入れましたが全然乾きません。

シラスの半分はパスタにのせました。

残りの半分は明日シラス丼にします。

 I made shirasu by boiling raw whitebait in salt water.
It's a hassle to dry the boiled whitebait.

I put it in the fridge overnight and it never dried out.
I put half of the whitebait on pasta.
I'll make a shirasu rice bowl with the other half tomorrow.

麺の味がいい。 The pasta has a great taste.

　パスタを何種類か食べ比べました。

バリラのパスタの味が一番いいですね。

それでペペロンチーノを作ってもそれにトマトソースをからめてもパスタが美味しいんです。

　驚いたのはパスタの種類の多い事です。

店には２０種類くらい並んでいました。

　食べ比べた中には変に粘っこいパスタもありました。

捨てるのはもったいないので我慢して食べました。

たけどもうそのメーカーのパスタは買いません。

 I tried several different pasta tastes.
Barilla pasta tastes the best.
Whether I make it pepperoncino or coat it in tomato sauce, the pasta is good.

 What surprised me was the wide variety of pasta available.
There were about 20 different types on display in the store.

 Some of the pasta I tried was strangely sticky.
I didn't want to throw it away, so I endured and ate it.
But I won't be buying pasta from that brand again.
