喉が痛いです。
水を飲んでも痛みます。
熱は３６．６℃です。
喉が痛い原因は思い当たります。
買い物にいってレジの列に並んでいるときに近くで苦しそうな咳をしている人がいました。
辛そうな咳をしているな、と思いました。
咳の飛沫は２から３メートル飛ぶそうです。
でもマスクをして防ごうと思いませんでした。
コロナ禍の教訓を忘れていました。
喉が痛いのでおかゆとフルーツサラダを食べています。
こちらの風邪薬にバイオフルー・BIOFLUという青い錠剤があります。
これを飲むと体が楽になり汗がたくさん出ます。
２回着替えました。
６時間に１錠飲む薬です。
２錠目の錠剤を飲みました。
だいぶ楽になりました。

Taking this makes my body feel relaxed and makes me sweat profusely.
I changed clothes twice.

I took the second tablet.
I feel much better.
