やっと平熱に戻りました。 My temperature is finally back to normal.

　３年ぶりに体温が平熱に戻りました。

今まで３５．６℃でしたが３６.７℃になりました。

２０２２年の１０月に３回目のワクチンをうったあと激しい下痢が１週間続き体重が１０㎏減りました。

日中も夜寝るときも寒気が酷く鼻水が出て２年間掛布団２枚とタオルケットをかけて寝ていました。

寝汗がひどく掛け布団やベッドのマットレスを乾かすのが大変でした。

今は掛布団の代わりにシーツを１枚身体にまいて寝ています。

体重も少し戻り６０kgになりました。

今年の４月に作ったウエットスーツが少しきつくなりました。

自分自身はきつくても喜んでいます。

　アレルギー体質なので３回目のワクチンは体内の異物として体の外に下痢で排出してしまったのかもしれません。

平熱に戻る少し前に腕と下肢に湿疹がでました。

痒くて嫌だなと思っているうちにお腹が少し暖かくなるような気がして鼻水が止まりました。

　コロナワクチンの薬害で３年弱苦しみました。

今もたくさんの方が薬害で苦しんでおられます。

薬害で苦しんでいる皆さまの回復をお祈りするとともに亡くなった方と御遺族の無念は察するにあまります。

 My body temperature has returned to normal for the first time in three years.

It used to be 35.6°C, but it is now 36.7°C.

After my third vaccination in October 2022, I had severe diarrhea for a week and lost 10kg.

I had severe chills and a runny nose during the day and at night, so for two years, I slept with two comforters and a towel blanket.

I sweated a lot in my sleep, making it difficult to dry the comforter and bed mattress.

I now sleep with just a single sheet instead of a comforter.

I've gained back a little weight and am now at 60kg.

The wetsuit I made in April this year is a little tight now.

I'm happy even though it's tight.

 Because I have allergies, the third vaccine may have been expelled from my body as a foreign substance through diarrhea.

Shortly before my temperature returned to normal, I developed eczema on my arms and lower legs.

While I was feeling the itchiness and discomfort, I suddenly felt a slight warmth in my stomach, and my runny nose stopped.

 I have suffered from the side effects of the coronavirus vaccine for nearly three years.

Many people are still suffering from drug side effects.

I pray for the recovery of all those suffering from drug side effects, and I can only imagine the frustration of those who have passed away and their families.
