朝マック。 McDonald's breakfast.

　私はタグビララン市の北のはずれの漁村に住んでいます。

朝マックを食べにマクドナルドに行きたいんですが距離があります。

それならと自分で作ることにしました。

ハッシュブラウンの代わりにガレットを作りました。

甘いベーコンは嫌なので豚のロースに塩を振りました。

サラダにはトマトとオイルサーデンを入れました。

食べてはおいしいんですが旨そうな写真を撮れません。

盛り付けが悪いんですね、残念です・・・

 I live in a fishing village on the northern outskirts of Tagbilaran City.
I'd like to go to McDonald's for breakfast, but it's a long way away.
So I decided to make my own.
I made a galette instead of hash browns.
I don't like sweet bacon, so I sprinkled salt on the pork loin.
I added tomatoes and sardines in oil to the salad.
It tastes good to eat, but I can't take photos that make it look appetizing.
The presentation is poor, what a shame...

歯医者さん。Dentist.

　歯医者に行ってきました。

隙間のある冠歯を外しました。

デンティストは　この歯は３０年前に処置したんですか　といって驚いていました。

外した歯を掃除して歯型をとりました。

今日の歯医者の措置は１時間以上かかり背中が強張りました。

仮歯を入れました。

予想したことですが日本と比べると大雑把です。

次回は10/08に型をとった歯を入れるようです。

They removed a crowned tooth with a gap.
The dentist was surprised, saying, "Was this tooth treated 30 years ago?"
After the crown was removed, the tooth was cleaned, and an impression was taken.
Today's procedure at the dentist took over an hour, and my back was stiff.
They put in a temporary tooth.
As I expected, it's a bit rough compared to Japan.
It seems that the next time I'll get a new crown is on 10/08.

昨夜寝ているあいだにたくさんの雨が降ったようです。

散歩コースの道路は濡れていました。

朝６時の気温は２４℃でした。

停電と地震。 Power outage and Earthquake.

　昨夜１０時ころ停電がありました。

２階の人が外に出て地震だ々と繰り返していました。

地震の揺れは感じませんでした。

スマホを見るとオレンジの警報が届いていました。

この国の公用語のタガログ語で書かれていたので読むことはできませんでした。

 There was a power outage around 10pm last night.
The second-floor family went outside and said Earthquakes.
I didn't feel any shaking from the earthquake.
I looked at my smartphone and saw that I had received an orange alert.
It was written in Tagalog, the country's official language, so I couldn't read it.

　翌朝ネットて検索すると地震の情報が載っていました。

When I searched the internet the next morning, I found information about last night's Earthquake.

オクラの花を見たことがありますか。Have you ever seen an okra flower?

小さな可愛い花です。

オクラの花を食べる種類の花は３倍くらいあります。

食べたのは２、３０年前なので味は忘れてしまいました。

　オクラの実は垂れ下がりません。

花が終わった後茎から空を指して出ます。

　オクラのぬか漬けは美味しいんですよ。
