　眼鏡の横幅が緩くなるとずれて不快です。

なおしてもらいました。

いいですね、首を振ってもずれません。

あー、ありがたい・ありがたい・・・

 When the width of my glasses is loose, they slip off and are uncomfortable.

I had them adjusted at the optician's.

It's great, they stay in place even when I shake my head.

Ah, I'm so grateful...

台風に備えて買い物に行ってきました。 I went shopping in preparation for the typhoon.

店はクリスマスモードです。

　帰りは雨に降られました。

道路に雨で水しぶきがあがる激しい雨でした。

雨中の道路を走っているバイクは少なかったです。

ワークマンの合羽を着たので濡れたのは腿から下だけです。

職人さんの意見・要望を取り入れているんでしょうね、よくできています。

 I went shopping in preparation for the typhoon.

The store was in Christmas mode.

 It rained on my way home.

It was heavily with water splashing onto the road.

There were not many motorbikes on the road in the rain.

I was wearing a Workman raincoat, so only my legs below the thighs got wet.

I'm sure they've taken the opinions and requests of the craftsmen into consideration; it's well-made.

　２本目は砂地の続きにあるコモンシコロサンゴとその周辺をゆっくり楽しみました。

 On my second dive, I took my time to enjoy the Star Column Coral and its surroundings, which were located in the sandy area.

　小物で部屋の雰囲気がガラッと変わります。

レース編みをサイドテーブルから外して洗いました。

それを外したあとは間の抜けた感じがして、洗い終わったものをのせると清潔な感じが蘇りました。

それは母の手編みなのでそばにあるだけで気持ちが落ち着きます。

 Small items can completely change the atmosphere of a room.

I removed the lacework from the side table and washed it.

It looked a bit silly after I removed it, but when I put the washed items on it, it regained its clean look.

It was hand-knitted by my mother, so just having it nearby makes me feel calm.

　右上の奥歯を抜歯しました。

これで自分の歯が４本なくなりました。

私の歯根は深いので痛みを覚悟していました。

麻酔後痛みを感じずにあっという間に歯が抜けました。

今迄の抜歯の痛みは何・・・という感じです。

３日間化膿止めを飲みます。

歯の措置は歯肉の盛り上がった一月後から始めます。

抜歯した周辺の歯を磨く時は　ゆっくり　柔らかく　と言われました。

 I had my upper right molar extracted at the dentist.
I now have four of my own teeth missing.
My tooth has a deep root, so I was prepared for pain.
After the anesthesia, the tooth fell out in a flash without me feeling any pain.
What I've experienced from tooth extractions up until now...is a mystery.
I'll be taking anti-inflammatory medication for three days.
Dental treatment will begin one month after the gums have healed.
The dentist advised me to brush the teeth around the extracted tooth slowly and softly.
