　胸部エコーとトレッドミル検査に行ってきました。

　予定の３０分前に着くと検査室の扉にCLOSEDの表示がありました。

昼の休憩の表示を裏返すのを忘れていたようです。

　検査室は寒く、胸部エコーではくしゃみが出て往生しました。

トレッドミル検査は速さも勾配もハードでした。

　さてどんな結果が出るのでしょうか。

楽しみです・・・

 I went for a chest ultrasound and a treadmill test.

 I arrived 30 minutes early, but the door to the examination room had a "CLOSED" sign.
It seems they forgot to flip over the lunch break sign.

 The examination room was cold, and I sneezed quite a bit during the chest ultrasound.
The treadmill test was tough, both in speed and gradient.

 Now, I wonder what the results will be.
I'm looking forward to it...

刺された場所にアルコールをスプレーしました。

まだ痒さは残っています。

モンステラの新しい大きな葉が開きました。

きのう雀の砂浴びは盛大でした。 Yesterday, the sparrows had a spectacular dust bath.

細かい土を容器から外にまき散らしていました。

土をもとに戻して水をかえました。

水の容器の緑の藻を洗い流すと小鳥たちは警戒して近寄りません。

水の容器の掃除を怠っているわけではありません。

 A lot of sparrows took dust baths yesterday.
They were scattering fine soil out of the container.
I put the soil back and changed the water.
When I rinsed away the green algae from the water container, the small birds became wary and stayed away.
I'm not neglecting to clean the water container.

HBに寿命が来たのかもしれません。 Perhaps my bread maker has reached the end of its life.

 

　HBで焼いた食パンが２回続けてうまく膨らみませんでした

１０年以上使い続けたHBなので、ヒーター部分の寿命が来たのでしょうか。

次回小麦粉をかえてもう一度やり直してみます。

　その時にうまく焼けなかったら、パン生地を捏ねるだけに使います。

待望のしっとりとしたミニホテルブレッドに挑戦です。

オーバーナイト製法にも挑戦してみます。

 The bread I baked in my bread maker didn't rise properly the second time in a row.
I've been using this bread maker for over 10 years, so perhaps the heating element has reached the end of its lifespan.
Next time, I'll try again with a different type of flour.

 If it still doesn't bake well, then I'll use it for kneading dough.
I'm finally going to try making a moist mini hotel bread.
I'll also try the overnight method.
