台所関係。 Kitchen-related.

　６０cm四方のテーブルを台所の流しの前に置きました。

台所の仕事がとても楽になりました。

 I placed a 60cm square table in front of the kitchen sink.

It has made kitchen work much easier.

　今までは流しの縁に料理や調味料を置いていました。

幸いにもそれを下に落とさずに済みました。

 Until now, I had been placing food and condiments on the edge of the sink.

Luckily, I managed to avoid dropping them on the floor.

　一番楽になったのはコーヒー豆を挽いて粉にする事です。

立ったままそれをすると、ミルを押さえる左手がハンドルを回すときに邪魔になりました。

 The biggest improvement was grinding the coffee beans into granules.
When I did it while standing, my left hand, which was holding the coffee mill, got in the way as I turned the handle.

　ごみ入れも使いやすいものに変えました。

I also changed the trash can to one that's easier to use.

　台所の床の古くなった水抜きの交換を誰に頼もうか思案中です。

 I'm trying to figure out who to ask to replace the old drain in my kitchen floor.

胸部エコーとトレッドミル検査に行ってきました。 I went for a chest ultrasound and a treadmill test.

 

　胸部エコーとトレッドミル検査に行ってきました。

　予定の３０分前に着くと検査室の扉にCLOSEDの表示がありました。

昼の休憩の表示を裏返すのを忘れていたようです。

　検査室は寒く、胸部エコーではくしゃみが出て往生しました。

トレッドミル検査は速さも勾配もハードでした。

　さてどんな結果が出るのでしょうか。

楽しみです・・・

 I went for a chest ultrasound and a treadmill test.

 I arrived 30 minutes early, but the door to the examination room had a "CLOSED" sign.
It seems they forgot to flip over the lunch break sign.

 The examination room was cold, and I sneezed quite a bit during the chest ultrasound.
The treadmill test was tough, both in speed and gradient.

 Now, I wonder what the results will be.
I'm looking forward to it...

空全体を薄いベールが覆っているようです。

多分フィリピンの北西にある熱帯性低気圧の影響でしょう

　植木の配置換えをしました。

その時蚊に刺されました。

刺された場所にアルコールをスプレーしました。

まだ痒さは残っています。

モンステラの新しい大きな葉が開きました。

　午前１０時の気温は２９℃です。

 I rearranged the plants.

I got bitten by a mosquito while doing so.

I sprayed alcohol on the bite.

It's still itchy.

A new, large leaf has opened on the Monstera.

 The temperature at 10 AM is 29°C.

きのう雀の砂浴びは盛大でした。 Yesterday, the sparrows had a spectacular dust bath.

 

　きのう雀の砂浴びは盛大でした。

細かい土を容器から外にまき散らしていました。

土をもとに戻して水をかえました。

水の容器の緑の藻を洗い流すと小鳥たちは警戒して近寄りません。

水の容器の掃除を怠っているわけではありません。

 A lot of sparrows took dust baths yesterday.
They were scattering fine soil out of the container.
I put the soil back and changed the water.
When I rinsed away the green algae from the water container, the small birds became wary and stayed away.
I'm not neglecting to clean the water container.
