買い物帰りに

 

　きのうはスーパーに買い物に行きました。

帰りにTOKOによってコーヒー豆を買いコーヒーを飲んで一休みしました。

 I went shopping at a supermarket yesterday.

On my way back from shopping, I went to TOKO to buy coffee beans, have coffee, and rest.

台風２１号の影響で風が強くなってきました ダイビングは中止になりました

　台風２１号の影響で風が強くなりました。

コーストガードの指示でダイビングは中止になりました。

外は小雨まじりの雨が降っています。

　雨の合間を見てヘヤーカットとネイルカットに行ってきます。

Diving was canceled at the instruction of the Coast Guard.

It is raining outside with light rain.

I will go for a haircut and nail cut in between the rain.

雲の切れ目から青空がのぞいています。

今日は晴れそうですね。

朝７時の気温は２７℃です。

転用しました

　パン生地をホームベーカリーで作りました。

一次発酵を長くとりすぎたので腰のないパン生地が出来上がりました。

二次発酵をしても膨らまないし焼いても膨らみません。

パン生地の残りの半分をピッツァ生地に転用しました。

冷蔵庫の中の玉ねぎ・モッツレラ・トマトをのせて焼きました。

生地はクリスピーで美味しかったです。

次回からピッツァ生地はもう少し薄く伸ばします。

ピッツァをカッターで切る時にスッと切れる厚さがいいですね。

手前味噌ですが酸味のある美味しいピザでした。

I made bread dough in my home bakery.

Let the first fermentation go too long, resulting in bread dough that was not chewy.

The other half of the dough was used to make pizza dough.

The result was a taste-good pizza with a sour flavor.

突然 なんの前触れもなく

　突然、なんの前触れもなく突風と豪雨が同時にやってきました。

家に中に雨が吹き込んできます。

窓を全部閉めました。

雷がなり風がビュービューうなっています。

大気が不安定です。

Suddenly, without warning, a strong wind and heavy rain came simultaneously.

The rain blew into the house.

I closed all the windows.

There was thunder and the wind was howling.

The atmosphere is unstable.
