２０２５/０３/０７の私の血圧の数値は１２８/８３でした。

My blood pressure reading on 2025/03/07 was 128/83.

　長いあいだ年齢に９０を足したものが正常血圧とされていました。

旧・厚生省は１９８３年に１８０/１００を超えたものを高血圧（要医療）と決めました。

日本高血圧学会は御用学者を使って資料を捏造して血圧の基準値を厳しくしました。

厚生省が２００８年に示した１４０/９０は受診推奨です。

日本高血圧学会が示している数値は全て降圧治療であることに注意してください。

　日本高血圧学会は製薬会社の要請で高血圧の基準値をかえて正常な血圧を高血圧として患者？を増やし血圧降下剤の売り上げを伸ばし続けています。

　正常な血圧を・高血圧ではない人を高血圧と決めて体に悪い降圧剤を投与し続けています。

　日本のメディアはこのことに何も言言いません、日本の歪みを象徴しています。

They continue to label people who do not have high blood pressure as having high blood pressure and prescribe them antihypertensive drugs that are harmful to the body.

The Japanese media has no say in this, which symbolizes the distortion of Japan.

フィリピンのコーヒー豆。 Philippine's coffee beans.

　フィリピンのコーヒー豆は一度病気で全滅したそうだ。

その後丈夫なインスタントコーヒーに使う種類きりかえたそうだ。

焙煎して飲むコーヒーを栽培していることを知らなかった。

一部の種類は高地で栽培されているようだ。

私はまだそのコーヒーを飲んだことがない。

Mt Apoという名で売っているコーヒー豆を買いに行ったがそれはなかった。

５種類のコーヒー豆が売られていた。

今回はSEGADAという豆を買った。

５種類の豆を代わる代わる飲めば二ヶ月は楽しめる。

　今迄日本から小包の輸送は郵便局の航空便を利用していました。

手元に届くのに航空便で２週間から３週間かかっていました。

別の輸送業者を使うと七日位に短縮できそうです。

試してから結果を改めて報告します。

Apparently, coffee beans in the Philippines were once wiped out by a disease.

After that, they switched to a stronger variety used for instant coffee.

I didn't know they also grew coffee to roast and drink.

Some varieties seem to be grown at high altitudes.

I haven't tried that coffee yet.

I went to buy coffee beans sold under the name Mt Apo, but they didn't have them.

There were five kinds of coffee beans for sale.

This time I bought beans called SEGADA.

If I alternate between the five kinds of beans, I can enjoy it for two months.

Until now, I have been using postal airmail to ship parcels from Japan.

It took two to three weeks for airmail to arrive.

If I use a different shipping company, it seems I can shorten the delivery time to about seven days.

I will try it and report back on the results.

その除草は日本でいう手摘み除草です。

一番単価の高い除草方法です。

She is doing what is called hand weeding in Japan.

This is the most expensive method of weeding.

腹が減って未明に目が覚めた。 I woke up before dawn hungry.

　未明にお腹が減って冷蔵庫を漁った。

昨夜の残りの蒸鶏を温めて人参とジャガイモをレンチンしてトマトとレタスを切ってキュウリは梅和えにした。

キュウリの梅和えが一番おいしかった、梅干し文化の恩恵だ。

食べ物を食器に移していない、行儀が悪い。

未明だから音をたてるのを最小にした。

というのは嘘で単に面倒くさかっただけだ。

 I got hungry before dawn in the morning and rummaged through the fridge.

I heated up some leftover steamed chicken from last night, microwaved some carrots and potatoes, cut up some tomatoes and lettuce, and made some cucumbers with plum dressing.

The cucumbers with plum dressing were the best, a blessing in the umeboshi culture.

I didn't transfer the food to my dishes, which is bad manners.

Since it was before dawn in the morning, I tried to keep the noise to a minimum.

That's a lie, it was just too much of a bother.

帰国の予約をした。 I made a reservation to return to Japan.

　私はいままで帰国に１７年間フィリピン航空を使いました。

今回初めてLCCのセブパシフィックの航空券をオンライン予約しました。

座席が狭いと聞いていたので足元の広い席を予約し、荷物の数量と重量を追加しました。

カードの支払いでワンタイムパスワードを使うのに戸惑いました。

四月中旬の旅行なので桜と温泉が楽しみです。

ウエットスーツの事もあるので楽しい旅行になりそうです。

　フィリピン航空はここ５回の帰国で時刻通りにフライトした事がありません。

１,２時間の遅延ではなく３,４時間の遅延が続きました。

前回セブ空港で搭乗機は搭乗時間を１時間過ぎて空港に着きました。

搭乗しましたが降ろされて１時間後に再搭乗しました。

この機は４時間遅れて離陸しました。

その時にこの予定通り運航できない航空会社を使うのを止める事に決めました。

 I have used Philippine Airlines to return to Japan for the past 17 years.

This was my first time booking a ticket online with the low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific.

I had heard that the seats were narrow so I reserved a seat with more legroom and added the number and weight of my luggage.

I was confused about using the one-time password to pay with my card.

The trip is in mid-April so I'm looking forward to seeing the cherry blossoms and hot springs.

It should be a fun trip because of the wetsuits thing.

 Philippine Airlines has never flown on time in the last five times I've returned to Japan.

Instead of one or two hours, there have been delays of three or four hours.

The last time I boarded the flight, it was delayed two hours at Cebu Airport.

I was then removed from the plane and re-boarded after another hour and a half.

After re-boarding, the flight took off another hour later.

At that point, I decided to stop using this airline that could not operate on schedule.
