　このヨーグルトは室内においておくだけで出来上がります。

普通のヨーグルトは４０℃前後の温度が必要なようですがカスピ海というこの菌株は２７℃前後の温度が適温のようです。

最低気温２４℃前後、最高気温３１℃前後のこの地には適しているようです。

容器は電子レンジ使用可のものを使い７５０Wで３分間消毒しています。

タンパク質の食あたりは怖いです。

This yogurt will be ready just by leaving it indoors.

Normal yogurt seems to require a temperature of around 40°C, but this strain seems to thrive at around 27°C.

It seems to be suitable for this area, where the minimum temperature is around 24°C and the maximum temperature is around 31°C.

I use a -safe container and sterilize it at 750W for 3 minutes.

I'm worried about getting from the protein.

コロナワクチン禍から解放されたようです。 It seems I've been freed from the effects of the coronavirus vaccine.

寝汗はまったく出なくなりました。

平熱も上がりました。

血圧もまあまあです。

ありがたいことと感謝しています。

　寒気がして寝汗をかいていた頃つかった木とパイプで作った布団干しが不要になりました。

もったいないのパイプで作った布団干しを使っています。

干したときに場所をとるシーツと厚手の乾きにくい足拭きを扇風機で乾かしています。

ベランダの物干し場は洗濯物をたくさん干すことができます。

外に干せばいいのに室内で干している自分の意固地にあきれています。

一人暮らしですから問題になりませんが連れ合いがいれば間違いなく紛争の種になったでしょう。

I use a fan to dry sheets, which take up a lot of space, and thick, slow-drying foot towels.
I can hang out a lot of laundry on the drying rack on the veranda.
I'm amazed at my own stubbornness for hanging out laundry indoors when I could just hang it outside.
I live alone, so it's not a problem, but if my wife were here, it would definitely be a source of conflict.

食事後フロスを使ってはさまったものを外す煩わしさから解放されました。
