　フィリピン・ミンダナオ島産のMt. Apo.コーヒーを飲んでいます。

ペーパーフィルターを使って低めの湯で抽出しています。

優しいフルーティーさと酸味があります。

フィリピンはコーヒーベルトのなかにあります。

寒暖差のせいでしょぅか天に近いほど・標高が高いほど良質なコーヒーが採れると言われています。

アポ山の標高は3000ｍ弱です。

 I'm drinking Mt. Apo coffee from Mindanao, Philippines.
I am brewing using a paper filter with hot water at about 85°C.
It has a gentle, fruity, and acidic flavor.
The Philippines is located in the coffee belt.
Due to the temperature difference, it's said that the closer to the sky and the higher the altitude, the better the quality of the coffee produced.
Mt. Apo is at an altitude of just under 3,000 meters.
