耳の皮脂もするっと落ちました。 It also easily removed oil from my ear sebum.

　シャワールームでくしゃみがよく出ます。

なぜだろうと思っていました。

頭と顔を泡だらけにすると石鹸の泡が鼻につきます。

くしゃみが始まりました。

　今まで使っていた石鹸は殺菌効果の高いセーフガードです。

天然成分で作られたバイオリーフに変えてみました。

くしゃみは止まりました。

泡がよく立ちます。

耳の皮脂もスルッと落ちました。

試しに３個買ったので、使いながら様子を見てみます。

アレルギー体質は本当にめんどくさいんです。

日本で買った牛乳石鹸を使ってもしゃみはおきません。

台風の発生する場所が変わった。　　The location where typhoons originate has changed.

　３年前まで熱帯性低気圧はフィリピンの東方海上で発生していました。

今はミクロネシア・マーシャル諸島付近で熱帯性低気圧が発生しています。

そこから生まれた台風は偏西風の影響を受けないようです。

気象の素人はそう思いました。

奇跡の食べ物は道端に生えています。　　　Miracle foods grow by the roadside.

　ここには食品販売業者が名付けた　奇跡の　と呼ばれる食品が２つあります。

２つとも道端に生えています。

モリンガの葉とカラマンシーの実です。

すぐそばにあるので使っています。

　カラマンシーは爽やかな香りがするのでレモンの代わりに使っています。

ビタミンＣがレモンの３０倍というのは本当なのでしょうか。

　モリンガの柔らかい葉を摘んで緑茶と一緒に飲んでいます。

その葉は緑茶の味の邪魔をしません。

カルシュームがふくまれているようです。

　乳糖不耐になってから苦労しています。

コロナワクチンを打つ前は牛乳を飲んでも問題ありませんでした。

いまはヨーグルトを食べるとお腹がゴロゴロなりガスがでるのでやめています。

好きなゴータチーズもカゼインが含まれているので少し食べています。

コロナワクチンを打つ前は胃に歯が生えていると思いえるくらいなんでも食べられました。
