手づくり納豆。 Homemade natto.

　SNSでは　よその方は糸を引く納豆を作っています。

羨ましくて仕方有りません。

私は工夫に工夫を重ねていますが上手くゆきません。

　私の作る納豆は味は納豆なんです。

ところが少し・僅かしか糸を引いてくれません。

皆さんの思う納豆の糸とかけ離れています。

 I see people on social media making natto that produces long, stretchy strings.

I am incredibly envious.

I have tried all sorts of methods, but I just can't seem to get it right.

 The natto I make tastes like natto...

...but it produces only the faintest of strings.

It is nothing like the stretchy, stringy natto everyone else seems to make.

　食べる時にはオクラと和えるかフリーズドライの粉末納豆を足して粘りを出しています。

食べながら　味は納豆なんだよねえ　を繰り返しています。

 When I eat it, I mix in okra or add freeze-dried natto powder to create that sticky texture.

As I eat, I keep saying to myself, "It really does taste like natto."
