雨期だというのに

　雨期だというのにいい天気が続き雨が降りません。

洗濯物はよく乾きます、乾いた洗濯物を取り込んで新しい洗濯物を干しました。

ベランダの植木鉢が乾いているので水をたっぷりあげました。

 Even though it's the rainy season, the weather has been nice, and no rain.

The laundry dries quickly, so I brought in the dry laundry and hung out the new laundry.

The flowerpots on the verandah were dry, so I gave them lots of water.
