検査をたくさん受けました。
CT・血液・Ｘ線・超音波・心電図等、結果は全て正常でした。
先日の２４時間の心電図で原因が解りました。
心臓の弁の劣化で時々発生する泡が血栓の原因でした。
薬物治療が始まりました。
血液の固まらない薬を処方されたようです。
出血は厳禁で髭剃り・歯磨きにも注意が必要になりました。
出血があった場合はすぐに病院で治療を受けるように指示を受けました。
心原性脳梗塞（心臓で血栓ができた血栓が原因の脳梗塞）は再発率が高く生存率も低いので生き方を見直すことにしました。
一日々を大切にします。
一日々を楽しみます。
終活を始めました。

The cause was revealed by a 24-hour ECG the other day.
The clots were caused by bubbles that occasionally form due to deterioration of the heart valves.
Medication therapy has begun.
I will be prescribed medication to prevent blood clotting.
Bleeding is strictly prohibited, and I need to be careful when shaving and brushing my teeth.
I was instructed to seek medical treatment immediately at a hospital if I experience bleeding.
Cardiogenic cerebral infarction (cerebral infarction caused by a blood clot forming in the heart) has a high recurrence rate and a low survival rate, so I have decided to reconsider the way I live my life.
I will cherish and enjoy each day.
