　チューインガムを噛んでいます。

何年ぶりでしょうか。

　誕生日祝いの前祝にありがたくないものをもらいました。

十日ほど前にかがんだ時に右腰にピリッと弱い電流が流れました。

日常の動作にはさほど影響はありませんがなにかの拍子に　痛っ　となります。

腰を回したり膝の屈伸をしていますが状況が変わりません。

散歩はできますがダイビングには二の足を踏んでいます。

　ガムを噛みながら　でもいいんじゃないか　歩行器を使うわけじゃなし　眠れないほど痛むわけではなし　普通の生活が送れているんだから　これからはこういう事が増えますよという警告だよ　等々とりとめのないことを考えました。

そう考えると　そうかそうか　俺はましな方なのか　と思えてくるから不思議です。

 I received an ungrateful pre-birthday celebration gift.

About 10 days ago, I felt a weak electric current in my right hip when I bent down.

It does not affect my daily activities but hurts at any moment.

I rotate my hips and flex my knees, but the situation does not change.

I can take a walk, but I am hesitant to go diving.

 While chewing gum, I thought to myself, "But it's okay, I don't use a walker, it's not painful enough to stop me from sleeping, and I can live a normal life, so it's just a warning that these kinds of things will happen more often from now on," and other random thoughts.

When I think about it like that, I start to think, "I see, I see, I'm in a better position than this," but it's strange.

電池の経年劣化 Battery deterioration over time.

　アンドロイドのタブレットPCが初期画面のONとOFFを繰り返すようになった。

充電量が100％でもUSBを抜くとすぐに受電量が30％位下がる。

PCの電池の状態が甚だよろしくない。

前に修理してもらった店に持って行ってバッテリーの交換を頼んだ。

現物がないので取り寄せになるそうだ。

１,２週間かかるという。

出来上がったら電話で連絡してくれるそうだ。

ありがたい。

　店の人が私のPCの不具合を見ているあいだに何人もスマートフォンをもって修理に来た。

電池交換の人にはスマホをゴムバンドで幾重にも止めて　明日になったらゴムバンドを外してね　と言って渡していた。

　PCの電池の交換がすんだら使用言語を英語にしてブルートースのキーボードを探しに行こう。

PCの画面に浮かフローティングキーボードは誠に使い勝手が悪い。

 My Android tablet PC has repeatedly turned the initial screen on and off.

Even if it's 100% charged, the power level drops by about 30% as soon as I unplug the USB.

The PC's battery condition is not good.

I took it to the shop where I had it repaired before and asked them to replace the battery.

They said they didn't have the actual battery so they'd have to order it in.

They said it would take a week or two.

 Once I've replaced the PC's battery, I'll change the language to English and go look for a BlueTooth keyboard.

Floating keyboards on PC screens are really inconvenient to use.

乳製品販売会社の記事で何回も々腹の具合が悪くなり辛い思いをしました。 I got sick to my stomach many times and had a very difficult time because of the dairy product company's articles.

　私が乳糖不耐症である事はここに何度も書きました。

乳糖不耐症であっても少量の乳製品を摂っていれば治るという記事があったのでその通りにトライしましたが不耐症は良くなりません。

何回も々腹の具合が悪くなり辛い思いをしました。

その記事を確認すると乳製品販売会社の記事でした。

騙されましたというより自分の甘さに呆れた。

　いつまでも体の具合の悪くなる食べ物に拘っていても仕方がないので新しいものを試してみました。

アレルギー体質なので慎重です。

アーモンドミルク・ココナツミルク・豆乳の３種はアレルギー反応もなくおいしく飲みました。

チャイには植物性のクリームを使って飲みました。

植物性のクリームは上手くできていますね、味も牛乳と変わりませんでした。

胃にやさしくを掲げているのでコーヒー・ハーブティーにも植物性のクリームを使っています。

　パン生地に入れていた牛乳は止めてココナツミルクを使いました。

ココナツのいい香りを期待しましたが香りはたちませんでした。

ココナツクリームがあるのでグラタンに使うつもりです。

ココナツカレーを楽しみにしています。

 I have written here many times that I am lactose intolerant.

I read an article that said that even if you are lactose intolerant, consuming small amounts of dairy products can cure it.

I tried doing as it said, but my intolerance did not improve.

I had stomach problems many times and suffered greatly.

When I checked the article, I found that it was written by a dairy product sales company.

I had been completely deceived.

 I tried a new one because I can't stay stuck with food that makes me sick forever.

I am allergic, so I am cautious.

I drank three kinds of milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and soy milk, and they tasted good without any allergic reactions.

私はブルートースと相性が悪い

　私はタッチパッドがうまく使えません。

USBマウスと３つのブルートースのマウスを使っています。

いずれのブルートースマウスもなんの前触れもなく突然矢印が動かなくなりました。

　文書入力の誤変換を避けるためにタッチパッドの設定を　マウスを使う時はタッチパッドを使わない　にしてあります。

初めてブルートースマウスの矢印が動かなくなったときはパニクリました。

タッチパッドが使えないのでブルートースのマウスの再接続が出来ませんでした。

今はブルートースマウスの矢印が動かなくなった都度USBマウスを使ってブルートースのマウスを接続しています。

　調べてみるとブルートースデバイスの省電力モードのONが原因でした。

省電力モードをOFFにするとこの事象は起こらなくなりました。

PCに接続する他のブルートース機器でも省電力モードのONが原因で不具合が起こっているのでしょうか。

ブルートースデバイスの省電力モードのディーホールトの設定がONになっていることに疑問を感じています。

 I can't use the touchpad.

I use a USB mouse and three Bluetooth mice.

My Bluetooth mice suddenly stopped working with no warning.　

　I found out that it was caused by turning on the power-saving mode of the Bluetooth device.

When It turned off the power saving mode, this event did not occur anymore.

I wonder if turning on the power-saving mode in other Bluetooth devices connected to the PC also causes the problem.

I am wondering if the power saving mode default setting of the Bluetooth device is set to ON.

　朝方は曇っていました。

雲の切れ目から青空がのぞいています。

１０時半の気温は２７℃です。

いやー、まいりました。カフェインにやられました。 Wow, I'm in trouble. I'm overwhelmed by caffeine.

　夕食がはやかったので夜八時ごろお腹がすきました。

お腹の調子が良くなったのでパウンドケーキを食べました。

コーヒーも久しぶりにミルク（植物性）を入れて飲みました。

いやー　おいしかったですよ。

ここまではめでたしめでたしでした。

　９時過ぎに横になりました。

いつもはスーッと眠りに入ってゆくんですがなぜか目がさえて雑念が次から次へと湧いてきて眠れないんです。

長い間コーヒーを飲んでいなかったのでカフェインの耐性がなくなったのでしょうか。

そんな馬鹿な　と思いましたがコーヒー以外の原因が見当たりません。

こんなことは初めてです。

　いやー　まいりました。

夜中に起きて２回ジュースを飲みました。

夜漁（やぎよ）の漁師さんのエンジンの音が小さく心地よく聞こえます。

眠れないのでしびれを切らし４時に起きました。

水を飲んでこのブログを書いています。

 I had an early dinner so I started to get hungry around 8pm.

My stomach was feeling better so I had some pound cake.

I also had coffee with milk (vegetable-based) for the first time.

It was delicious.

So far it was a happy ending.

 After 9 o'clock, I went to bed.

Usually, I fall asleep easily, but for some reason, my wide awake, thoughts keep coming up one after another, and I can't sleep.

I had not had coffee for a long time, so I may have lost my tolerance for caffeine.

I thought it was absurd, but I can't find any cause other than coffee.

This has never happened to me before.

どこにでもあると有難味がない。 I don't appreciate it because it's everywhere.

　モリンガはどこにでも生えています。

さみしがり屋の木の別名があるように人の住んでいないところではあまり見かけません。

　奇跡の木・スーパーフード等と騒がれていますがどこにでも生えているので有難味がありません。

　こちらではス－プに入れているようです。

道端にあるモリンガをもいでいる人を見かけます。

私はまだ試したことがありませんが今度スープに入れてどんな味がするのか試してみます。

　ハーブティーはフィリピン産のSambong（セージ）・Banaba（バナバ）は見かけますがモリンガは見たことがありません。

住まいの近くに生えているので買わないのかもしれません。

モリンガのスイーツも見たことがありません。

 Moringa grows anywhere.

It is also known as the lonely soul tree, and is not often seen in uninhabited areas.

It has been talked about as a miracle tree and a superfood, but since it grows anywhere, there is no sense of gratitude for it.

You can often see people picking moringa plants by the roadside.
